If it becomes apparent in camp and preseason that Corral has "IT" and the backups don't why not? Do what they should have done with Cam, play him in the preseason and trade him to the Bears for picks, assets. Seattle loves him. They are backup grade QBs each for different reasons.

I hope Matt Corral forces the issue. If he's playing at a higher level than these failed projects you've got to let him play. Mac Jones played. Zach Wilson got his shot. I think Corral can do as well as Jones if McAdoo is allowed to adoo.

I'm a Corral. I'll be watching him until he's benched, put in bubble wrap and coddled. Not cool! Sam Baker had his chance and he failed, both of them. It's the same guy, same trajectory, backup. -
Now if Baker does well enough in camp we can trade him to Seattle. Fixed. Everyone happy again.

Barely. Corral was drafted by us and has been in the building OTAs, with this team. He's a Panther through and through. Mad respect. That's my guy. Yours too. This Baker sht is temporary. I'm gonna fight for my guy. You can fight for Baker. Baker will lose.
