4 Things Greg Hardy Must Do to Remain a Panther
Anybodyhome replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
Who is "they?" According to the NFL Player Personnel Policy, no arrest is necessary for Goodell to act as judge and jury.... NFL Player Personnel Policy Manual: EXEMPT LIST. The Exempt List is a special player status available to clubs only in unusual circumstances. The List includes those players who have been declared by the Commissioner to be temporarily exempt from counting within the Active List limit. Only the Commissioner has the authority to place a player on the Exempt List; clubs have no such authority, and no exemption, regardless of circumstances, is automatic. The Commissioner also has the authority to determine in advance whether a player's time on the Exempt List will be finite or will continue until the Commissioner deems the exemption should be lifted and the player returned to the Active List. -
4 Things Greg Hardy Must Do to Remain a Panther

This is an internet message board and, by definition, is rife with people judging others. It only gets even more ironic when those who do the judging and ranting page after page on this topic are also calling out people for becoming "too attached." Best I can understand is a lot of people who claim to be done with Hardy and don't care about his future not with the Panthers are the same people who continue this topic page after page. So, who's "too attached?" Personally, I hope Greg Hardy finds himself throughout this part of his life, if he hasn't already. I hope any future endeavor he pursues is successful, in pro football or wherever. -
Well, not really. You get caught messing with a baseball, you get kicked out of the game and suspended a minimum 10 games. But I get your point. 8.02 The pitcher shall not -- (a) (1) Bring his pitching hand in contact with his mouth or lips while in the 18 foot circle surrounding the pitching rubber. EXCEPTION: Provided it is agreed to by both managers, the umpire prior to the start of a game played in cold weather, may permit the pitcher to blow on his hand. PENALTY: For violation of this part of this rule the umpires shall immediately call a ball. However, if the pitch is made and a batter reaches first base on a hit, an error, a hit batsman or otherwise, and no other runner is put out before advancing at least one base, the play shall proceed without reference to the violation. Repeated offenders shall be subject to a fine by the league president. (2) expectorate on the ball, either hand or his glove; (3) rub the ball on his glove, person or clothing; (4) apply a foreign substance of any kind to the ball; (5) deface the ball in any manner; or (6) deliver a ball altered in a manner prescribed by Rule 8.02(a)(2) through (5) or what is called the shine ball, spit ball, mud ball or emery ball. The pitcher is allowed to rub the ball between his bare hands. PENALTY: For violation of any part of Rules 8.02(a)(2) through (6) (a) the pitcher shall be ejected immediately from the game and shall be suspended automatically. In National Association Leagues, the automatic suspension shall be for 10 games. ____________________________________ By the way, Bellichick has never given the time of day to anyone asking questions and we've all seen him stand behind a podium and essentially mumble nothing for years. Now, all of a sudden, you can't shut the guy up? C'mon... As I stated when this became news, it's too late for the Patriots. The die has been cast. There is no good ending for the Patriots. Either they win and everyone (except Pats fans) will call for the "asterisk" because they got this far by cheating., Or the Patriots lose and most people will cheer them for getting what they deserve.

Sorry, nothing else matters at this point. The die has been cast. There are only 2 ways this is going to end: Patriots get beat by Seattle: "the Patriot cheaters got what they deserved." Patriots win Super Bowl: "this Super Bowl should have an asterisk on it because the Patriots cheated to get there." It does not matter how the league moves forward from this, the reality is most fans (which is short for 'fanatics') will always have the seed of doubt.

Dropped in driveway after using my truck- I unknowingly ran over it going to work the next morning 5. Listening to music with the phone in her waistband and decides to wade into the Caribbean. .. killed the ear buds too.

Wonder what it is- my dog goes crazy in the stuff, too. He'd run forever in it if he could... I take mine out to run the golf course in the mornings... when it snows he'll run down a hill and throw himself on the ground and slide on his side thru the snow.... we call it turf-surfing...
