  1. Poor drafting.. maybe talent acquisition as well.. only 4 of those players have double digit years of experience either. Def need to draft better forsure.
  2. This roster isn't even old... like at all.. we have a FEW old players... but the talent point stands lol We are in the top half or less of average age. Seems older because we relied on 32 year old AT for offensive production lol
  3. I'm kind of proud actually.
  4. Let's be honest... this is his upcoming 2nd regime. Those interim stints weren't program/scheme altering. Let's see what happens with a new OL coach/philosophy. Offensive scheme def played a part in the abysmal OL play though.
  5. Anyone mind posting the tweet in here? Can't access twitter atm.
  6. I checked this out earlier today, I like it honestly. Do we think Washington makes the rise to 33? Otherwise it feels like a reach. I like Corley later to supplement though, been a big fan of his this season. If they were swapped I'd love it as well. The back to back OL picks are great and in line with what I believe will happen. Overall great mock, excited to see how these things evolve after the combine.
  7. Like a CHEAP FA pickup?.... yeah I don't see the downside really..
  8. Isn't he technically a FA now? He's not under contract so we couldn't do anything until the window opens. Even if they wanted too. Either way he gets the tag in a couple weeks.
  9. I agree about the OL, but I actually have a FANTASTIC hair line thankyouverymuch
  10. I figured it was gonna take a minute for the confirmation.
  11. Extend him before he gets a chance to talk to anyone else.
  12. I actually took it like he was looking in the best interest of his boys when he said they would stay another year. They garnered so much hype to start the season, the way the season ended they'd likely be 6th/7th round picks.
  13. I'm alright with it honestly, build the right way. If we commit to building and curating our own talent and not overpaying someone else's we can be in "Pretender" territory in 2ish years ( somewhere between .500-.600 roughly). The hardest part will getting over that hump and actually contending but that will lean back into what we do at QB (If he's THE GUY it has to be figured out by the end of this season so we can make the appropriate moves in '25) and how well they are able to evaluate and develop talent. It doesn't have to be perfect, because it won't be. Even the elite teams whiff on picks. You just gotta have more hits than misses. Once you get to consistent 7-9 wins you can start to identify star quality FA that could help you get over that hump. No need to break the bank on big ticket players until then.
  14. Good, don't need any kind of expectations going into next season. Do it the right way..
  15. He got these boys hoopin so far. AS OF NOW. They got Pat in a blender
  16. I've watched bits and pieces of the podcast he co-hosts.
  17. Before I went into work I was watching his twitter. Apparently he is in Charlotte and in the facility, I saw him messing with people about the Ping-pong tables and such. Wouldn't surprise me if he does infact land a gig here though. I guess we can chalk it as speculation at this point.
  18. I noticed that too. But this isn’t the first instance of something being done but not announced quite yet this off-season. So we’ll see. May also be apart of a bigger picture with Tilis getting a shot to get some of his guys in and won’t be announced until everything is wrapped up.
  19. Apparently former player Daren Bates is going to join the coaching staff in some capacity. Was an assistant (low level) with the ST in Seattle last season I believe
  20. According to ESPN's Seth Walder, the team is expected to part ways with Taylor Rajack—the franchise's first-ever director of football analytics. Rajack has served in that role since 2019, when owner David Tepper introduced the football analytics department. It's likely that the firing was true but the AI article was made in an effort to get an article posted about it.
  21. Without a doubt. I've always liked the idea of adding a late round QB to the roster, whether you have your 'Franchise' guy or not.
  22. Absolutely... I agree wholeheartedly it was a comedy of errors. Here's to hoping things change on that front.
  23. Yeah, when they have an established roster and can easily replace a player like him. Until we can prove we are competent enough to reload the roster in a meaningful way there's no point in letting what little talent we have walk away.
