If JPJ and Frazier are off the board there's a crater in talent. I like SVP.. but at 33/39 might be too rich. If Frazier is there at either pick we have to take him. Otherwise Look at Limmer/SVP in the 3rd or after.

Add a draft C and I like what we have cooking so far.

I think it would be wise to get one of the FA WR in the building. Don't wanna get to April 25 and HAVE to draft a receiver early. Gives us flexibility to address other areas if the value is better.. ie CB/EDGE. There's a chance there is a run on receivers early, that would leave us in panic mode. On the flip side if the draft falls perfectly for us, okay there's a log jam and we can figure it out from there. Better to have and not need than need and not have like we have SO often over the last seasons.

Logan Thomas is the only FA TE left worth pursuing and I say that loosely.

He still has a chance to justify the contract, although I believe he'd be a prime contract fix candidate if it came down too it. The only reason I don't think they've done it is to not kick the can down the road when there's an easy out next offseason. Either he lives up to his billing or he's gone next season or even at the deadline this season. That's between him and Dave imo. I'm reserving judgement and not getting too high or too low. Still a ways away from OTAs/Draft and such. I like some moves, one notable move was MEH but I don't think we're done so I can't claim to have a judgement on the overall picture until it's done being painted.

This would be a great pickup. Fuller is a good player.

I get the worry about C. I don't see it as a top 10 need nor do I see Mays as being the backup C by default. Corbs going to C was prudent but it is indeed a good draft for C. SVP, Limmer, Nugent out of Michigan could come in as a backup OC/OG type of deal. We are in no way done with the line this off season. Not saying they are throwing a bunch more money at it, but it's not in it's final form. Defense.. Yeah it looks rough now, I'm waiting for more moves to be made before I hit the panic button there. CB is for sure a need but I've been pounding the table for them to grab a guy with starter potential to eventually usurp Donte for a min now. Work in progress though, I don't feel one way or another at this point.

Yeah, No thanks. I'll take a quality guy at 33/39 or trade back off one of those picks for more when a qb needy team gets thirsty over Bo Nix/Penix at the top of the 2nd. Get the best of WR/OL/Edge if a stud falls.

Yeah, kind of hard to see it right now, we should have a bead on him in the coming days/months. I'm less so concerned because he had 1st hand experience on what not to do. Like you don't get an easier layup than this.

This would be more of a concern to me if we hired someone with little to no experience in an NFL FO as GM.
