It wouldn't shock me if both are retained into next season. It would disappoint me but not shock me. Tepper could decide that he can't keep the one-and-done carousel going and needs to give more time to his staff. I don't think he'll be bullied into making a change because fans demand it.

Bottom line, Frank Reich is a loser. You can see it in his body language, he accepts this. Therefore his team and staff accept that losing is just part of this "Carolina culture".
