Seriously it's all because we allow wide open players to get first downs on every 3rd and long every game...its so fugin counter to anything a defense is supposed to be. Look at how the falcons defended the Line to gain today on 3rd and longs....yet we love allowing them to sit right in front of 3 defenders for a free first down its pitch and catch no matter who the QB is.

That's why you dont' fugin leave people wide open for first downs when ti shoudl have been a 3 and out...3 people sitting back behind a fugin guy instead of 1 of them motherfugers getting IN FRONT OF the wide open player.
