Yea my comment is specifically on the hierarchy and it still is very uncommon for the HC to be over the GM in authority. Thankfully we have what seems to be a very intelligent approach with a lot of smart people involved in a more horizonal approach like with the defense even recommending Darnold. The fact that Rhule is the type of guy who listens and poo is fantastic. BTW how do you guys know all the past trolls lol. We have so many that got banned and come back but yall be spottin em
-
How did you come up with that? I said I don't have an issue with him running the ball and lowering a hit himself to get into the endzone. Cam didn't get hurt running the football he got hurt throwing the ball and trying to make a tackle. Like Lamar Jackson hasn't come close to getting hurt running the ball all over the shop. They've gone over this many times. QBs get hurt IN the pocket not running the ball. Other than, ironically, sliding where you've seen bridgewater and flacco get knocked out sliding.
-
ROFL That actually is a good microcosm of his whole career. He had some legit moves and was moving well to avoid the pressure but then he done went and Winstoned himself.
-
Now if'n they only looked at FG% when picking a kicker oof Gonna be about #s then be about #s!
-
Yea I heard that part too where he was saying other teams were doing it. I get the idea b/c back before they moved the kickoff you still would see teams not getting to the 20 nevermind the 25.(we were often one such team lol)
-
Yea so did Cam, I don't have an issue with that at all.
-
I mean I don't get why. Sam isn't a small guy and that particular run looked just like anything Cam might do. Cam got hurt trying to make a tackle after KB fatassed a route then fatassedassed the tackle after it was picked and then Cam dove and hurt his shoulder. Then it got finished off in the pocket doing a pass. It wasn't the runs that ended his career.

That's why it's so important to get out to a good start that way you can weather some shitty breaks and if things fall your way it goes even bigger after that point.
-
Well some of that is partially true. Like Rhule can't be fired by Fitterer which is how it usually goes with the GM on top. Rhule has more authority than most HCs and certainly more than 1st time NFL head coaches. Fitterer clearly knows his poo though.
-
In the presser Rhule said this is on purpose and they will continue to cover kicks going forward. Now is he just saying that b/c our kickers suck, dunno but he did say covering kicks was going to be a thing and that they had planned for it.
-
Not bragging, nope.
-
Yea The Golden Calf of Bristol won a playoff game and had a winning season...its poo you can clearly see. MFers talking like record has poo to do with how a player can clearly play.
-
It's the Panthers fan syndrome. We have a franchise QB we have a franchise QB we - oh they leave him in the game when we are getting blown out and still rush him up the gut. Oh they don't get him an OL ever. poo like that. But this does at least feel different. You could tell back then it was incompetence and you can tell now we have competence in the FO and coaching staff.

WHAT! (turns up hearing aid) Coming awfly close to that lawn there son.

8 games by one score or less. I can off the top remember Teddy derping two 2 minute drill drives to end the game.
-
I love it when people say this but have no idea what it means. If anything CMC bailed out the WRs who couldn't get open numerous times vs 5th string CBs. Re-watching the the game you can see them covered up when he does end up throwing it to CMC. That's called doing what you're supposed to do. When you put both games on there aren't WRs streaking open all over the place and then he just dumps it to CMC. And he actually skips CMC who was wide open to go deeper on a couple of throws like the one to Anderson. But sure a moron who has no idea about anything would say CMC is bailing out Darnold.

"Worst undefeated team" Its coming, we've been there.
Fox007 replied to thunderraiden's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yea what little was said about the Panthers has been praise and especially about the coaching/defense. OFC after putting the Saints in the SB the media will shrink and hide like they always do when their predictions go sideways. Thats really the main reason they aren't saying too much is because they all picked the Saints. -
So don't write it/comment on it. That actually is what defines an intelligent person, at least partially. If you don't know something then don't say it. But that whole Brady has the 3rd Saints game circled is classic dumbassery from pundits. He clearly didn't know this wasn't the first game vs the Saints for Brady.
-
So Burns is not like Brown who used to do that spin move but stayed in place. good to know that this guy understands spinning in place not good
-
Honestly the WRs haven't been getting a lot of separation in the first two games. A lot of the completions have been in some tight coverage. I understand that covered in the NFL is open but I expected a bit more separation in general.
-
The reason I don't care about that is because this has been a legit and honest rebuild...we look to be ahead of schedule but we clearly have a GM. If anything the rest of the league had best fugin be on notice b/c this is our first year with a real GM in decades.
-
Also like a couple other people have pointed out...what sort of fugin moron would have Brady circling the Saints in his second season coming off two L's previously lol. "he knows the Saints" ...oh yea man like Brady was a play calling his ass off yesterday. His offense thus far hasn't looked like it has rhythm even as they perform well. You can clearly see offenses who are in a flow and most of the time the Panthers look like they are just calling static plays rather than being in a groove.

Oh poo Brown may be active

Wtf is the athletic, at this point I couldn't be more proud to be a 'boomer'. Always this new place or that sharting out articles trying to get to the top of the dung heap.
