Right I'm not ready to say it's a lock but neither was Darnold...we just realy aren't used to have a coach who can actually develop players and a real GM and Pro Personnel guy like Dan Morgan too. From what we've seen so far from our staff it seems this has a better chance to succeed than not, but I can't say it's 100% lock.

Yea in this past this wouldn't mean anything as Rivera is complete trash coming off a bye and even though this isn't a bye my point is Rivera with extra time never seemed to matter. Hopefully this staff can do better.

People were criticizing the staff for not picking him and said the coach/FO will be measured by Fields/Darnold....the measurement has started...not hard to fugin understand. Yea I hate it because he's such a good kid and I really like him but when your closest NFL comparison thus far is The Golden Calf of Bristol then poo ain't lookin up. He also seemed slower than I thought he'd be too. He was caught by the DEs pretty much everytime. I know some of those DEs on that team are fast but just looking at him alone it didn't blow me away like a Lamar Jackson or even Cam tbh.

Yea Fields the guy everyone was crying about had a poo day last week too doing his best The Golden Calf of Bristol impression. The Bears offense is bad but you can tell a QBs play like with Darnold on the Jets....he clearly had ability and an arm whereas Fields literally threw a short out 20 feet above the WRs head. Doesn't even remotely look like a first round QB.

Yup we should have really had Sean McD as the HC and Beane as GM....I'd like our chances in that situation too.

All of these guys should be sitting. Wilson, Fields, Lance(who mostly is sitting). The smart franchises always seem to do it...
