  1. Round 1 The Carolina Panthers traded their second-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft to the New York Jets in exchange for QB Sam Darnold. They also traded their fourth-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft to the Jets as part of the deal for Darnold. In acquiring CB C.J. Henderson, the Panthers traded their third-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft to the Jacksonville Jaguars. They also received a fifth-round 2022 NFL Draft pick, with TE Dan Arnold heading in the opposite direction. Round 4 (from Texans): The Panthers received the Houston Texans’ fourth-round 2022 NFL Draft pick as part of a trade in the 2021 NFL Draft that saw the Texans select Michigan WR Nico Collins. Round 5 (from Jaguars): Acquired in the C.J. Henderson trade. Round 5: Round 6: Round 6 (from Raiders): The Panthers received the Las Vegas Raiders’ sixth-round selection in exchange for LB Denzel Perryman and a 2022 NFL Draft seventh-round pick. As a result, the Panthers don’t own their seventh-round pick. Round 7 (from Titans): The Panthers received this seventh-round pick from the Titans (via the Dolphins) following the trade to Miami of OT Greg Little. Well poo overall we still have a number of picks but 2nd/3rd rounders can usually yield starters so it looks worse than it is overall as we still have 7 picks but the value of our picks is looking rough.
  2. I wonder what we'd be in it for...draft picks falling faster than our players at this point.
  3. This isn't hindsight either in the draft thread a number of us were talking about the C's and Smith specifically but other Gs as well. This OL wouldn't be weak at all given those two and rookies at that. LT would still leave a lot to be desired but can actually plan around one really weak spot rather than 4.
  4. Yea was gonna say or even Trey Smif in the 3rd...would be looking better overall as a team but that's not TM's fault and he's still a player. Getting Shi Smith who can play later in the rounds as well makes it looks worse from a team building perspective. Would much rather have Humphrey and Smith but here we are.
  5. I mean we have been saying our trainers/docs have to be trash given everything that's happened with our players over the years...to hear this is honestly pretty appalling. Don't fug with peoples health/lives like this. It's one thing for a grown man to suit up and do what he wants to do given correct knowledge of his current health but if you say you're fixing this and you don't that pisses me off so bad. When the best defense is negligence....at worse this could be what?(yo do a exploratory scope and tell em he's good on some placebo poo so he won't miss the year) That should piss everyone off tbh.
  6. Yea but what does that have to do with anything. If someone is punishment worthy then you punish them yea? What other situation has been like this. Neither is anywhere near good but the women I know would rather get bopped in the face a good one than....well yall know so....like if you piece up a women its quick and easy punishment but if you....then it's self benching? My maff ain't adding up here.
  7. One of the team members that actually has shown improvement...imagine that poo.
  8. I think we could all agree the Watson thing from the league punishment perspective has been bizarre as ***. Like he's not suspended or commissioners list or nothing. So is the evidence lacking or what b/c if there was proof of the more egregious poo how could there possibly be nothing done...
  9. Yea the D gets no pass what so ever we have all the resources there including an entire historic draft, best FAs, and trades. Hell yea you best stop someone. A lot of what you see may also be attributed to youth which is a valid excuse as of right now but if it continues to be then it'll mean another ding on the coaching staff if they don't put it all together. We've seen units gel and others never actually get over the "youth" part of making mistakes so a lot is very much in the air but the talent is there.
  10. Yea and Chubba in college hit some huge holes and could breakaway so with an OL we can have the home run hitters from our RB position even with the backup in.
  11. Well yea that goes without saying the OL is unspeakably trash. The fact that our RBs have a good YPC just shows how good they are. CMC has yet to have an OL at all and he still was a 1k/1k guy.
  12. CMC isn't too small he just been over worked like Cam was Yea if he packs on those 15 more pounds I'd like to see how that looks going forward. Still a rookie with just one NFL offseason so I'm sure it'll happen. Davis was pretty good man I'd like to have kept him as well.
  13. Hopefully they are back as backups. I think the C is going to be found in the draft and is worth picking one up there. Hope that Christensen is good and put him somewhere. With a legit C the interior play improves all around like when Kalil was here and healthy he helped make Turner/Norwell look better and they haven't looked as good since even though they aren't scrubs that's how it works with elite C play it elevates the rest of the line. We were definitely "spoiled" in that regard as we never had to worry about C since 2009
  14. Can we not talk about Clemson right now ole Dabo bout to have to swap thangs up right quick with that non transfer mentality and the anti pay doodie he is on.
  15. Wait until they find out Zod was trollin Kinda like unc says on there with Skiiiuuup. "I'm fishing and they biting"
  16. Was wondering if I was the only one that noticed that. Figured he would be more powerful but I also didn't realize he was that big either.
  17. Well I mean any defensive lineman with at least 4 stubs for limbs will be able to rush vs our OL.
  18. Na the Jags won't catch up to our 3 already
