He's also even smaller than his listed height/weight so that is another issue he has. He's listed at 5'11" and is 5'10" or smaller in reality. That plays a role, if he was taller he'd be better in the pocket but may as well have him move out as this isn't' the pocket you wanna be anywhere near anyways.

Now hoping he turns into Vick out of nowhere. One thing I'm paying close attention to is where the WRs are and where they are going on the pass plays.

Rivera did that with Cam too. Left him in games and even had smash runs called during blowouts in the 4Q with minutes to go. I know we aren't pro coaches but does it really take a pro or anytype of coach to know that it isn't worth the risk. I mean if I was coaching High School for example I'm not keeping in my best player when we're down 20 with just a few minutes left to go in the game.

No it isn't and that's not how this works at all. Everyone gets evaluated in football not based on just how the play is executed as a whole. You can look at what's going on in the play regardless of how it got executed. He has WRs running INTO the defender in zone coverage....does it really need to be explained that you don't have a scheme/play that has your players going TO defenders that are in a zone?
