Looks like we get to keep Ejiro Evero!

I know this is a little morbid, but my first time really dealing with anything like this- my parents already had everything set up. My brother has been battling health problems the last year or two and we are down to months on his clock now. I have been helping him get his affairs in order for a little bit now and I’m running into a problem. He wishes to be buried at one of a handful of churches in the area where we have family- he really doesn’t want to be at a public cemetery on his lonesome (doesn’t matter to me but it’s his wish). I can’t seem to get anyone from these churches to contact me back about buying a plot, no email back, no phone call after a message, nothing. I know some may be member only, but not getting anything back at all seems crazy. Is there a step in the process I am missing here? I know for a fact non- members were buried at two of them. I just don’t really know what to do other than walk up and ask the preacher after their service one day. And it’s not like I am asking for one for free, I am willing to pay the full price for it- I really figured a church would be knocking my door down when it came to money. I really don’t want to let him down-any advice? PS sorry for such a melancholy subject.

If you watch the video again you realized he never opened his mouth, he just used his telekinetic powers to reach everyone’s brain

I think too many people confuse decent players with “dawgs” because it’s been that long since we have had more than 1 or 2 in 10 years. Luvu and Brown are just good players- not dawgs. Steve Smith breaking 3 tackles, running over a guy and to score and then whooping is ass in the end zone is a dawg. Josh Norman locking OBJ down and putting him on this ass the whole game is a dawg. Deshaun Foster literally running through the entire Eagles defense on a play that took a minute and a half is a dawg. Dan Morgan with 25 tackles in the SB is a dawg. Ricky Manning Jr. with 3 picks in the NFC Championship game is a dawg. Jake Delhomme talking poo to Rodney Harrison after just throwing the longest TD pass in SB history is a dawg. Cam Newton dragging multiple linebackers downfield is a dawg. Thomas Davis coming back to perform the way he did after 3 ACL tears is a dawg. Luke’s entire career was dawg. We don’t have dawgs, we have decent players surrounded by shitty ones

Canales Bucs introductory press confrence

They should do it with the half-ass built Rock Hill project in the background. -
J person, Athletic. Canales has one job Fix Young

David Tepper probably knows Bryce isn't it. He just don't know what to do about it. The Canales hire really looks like the ol' management 101 "I'm going to give you resources to help you be successful" before throwing you out on your ass. -

So after spending a couple of hours calming down, I watched some of his film from last year in TB. It's very similar to what we seen from Reich and Brown. The OL will have to be overhauled or he will have to change his scheme. The pass game has a lot of deep route concepts (they ranked top 5 in yards per attempt). I'm not being dramatic but I really don't think Bryce Young has the arm to make many of these throws. Go back and take a look at some of TB's highlights this season, Bryce struggles to get the ball 25 yards downfield without it floating in mid air. I don't know how he is going to fit into this offense. -
A lot of his run schemes are identical to what Reich and Brown tried to do this year. Either the OL will have to be overhauled to match the scheme or we're gonna have a bunch of guys acting as square pegs in round holes.

He will probably get 2 years minimum to show some type of improvement. Only way I see him getting axed in year one is if he somehow manages to make us worse than last season or he shows up to practice smoking crack or something.

Dude has the longest neck I’ve ever seen. Gonna be able to talk to the whole huddle from the sideline.

I really hope Evero stays because his defensive connections consist of Kris Richard and Ken Norton Jr. Wouldn’t be mad if he brings Tom Cable along as OL coach. Would also rather have Darrell Bevell as OC than Brad Idzik. Idziks name keeps getting mentioned.

We hired a guy to fix one position instead of somebody to change the culture because they won’t admit they made the wrong pick. We are really going to credit him for fixing Baker when all that really happened was Baker went to a better situation with Chris Godwin, Mike Evans and a good OL. Hell Baker looked great with the rams 2 weeks after we cut him last season. He gets credit for fixing Geno who didn’t throw a pass for like 7 years, and the last time he threw a pass before being the Hawks starter was in like 2014 for Rex Ryan’s Jets.

Huddle will be calling for him to be fired by week 8. -
Panthers closing in on hiring DAVE CANALES

I’m just throwing his name up to say let the guy at least get a second interview. If we are forced to hire a nobody because there isn’t anyone decent out there that wants the job, then at least interview all the nobodies. -

This is one of the stupidest decisions in team history. They are literally the only team pursuing Canales, you can at least wait until next week to talk to Macdonald, Monken, and Johnson and he will still be there with NOBODY interested in him. God fuging forbid anyone with a spine gets the job. -
If they hire Vrabel the Morgan hire makes sense. They needed a GM strong enough to physically restrain Vrabel in meetings
-
I expect a very competitive Chargers team for the next 3-4 years before Harbaugh drives the Spanos family insane. KC is really going to be tested in the west with Harbaugh and Payton building their teams. Interested to see what Denver ends up doing at QB.

I was reading some online Seattle fan chatter and they seem to think that Seattle is going to go through some rough times without Pete and him not being there to depend on is going to expose a lot of people in the front office. Titans fans seem to feel the same. They think Amy Adams Strunk has made a lot of poor decisions and just stumbled upon the right hire with Vrabel. Many think the Carthon/Callhan partnership is going to lead into some dark times.

Vrabel interviewing with carolina Thursday
ProcessBlue2 replied to jamos14's topic in Carolina Panthers
I would be just fine with Vrabel has HC. Honestly, his kind of personality is what we need just to get out of the basement and be somewhat competitive again. Give me Vrabel, Evero, and Arthur Smith. I'll gladly watch them run the ball 40 times per game and compete for the NFCS with 7-9 wins per year for a few years. Maybe then we can actually have some type of culture and get a Ben Johnson type guy. -
Well.. I think Kellen Moore would be the running favorite in the case of a Defensive Coach BUT.. if that didn’t happen you could look at: Brian Schottenheimer the Cowboys OC under McCarthy, he is also a Seattle guy. Darrell Bevel has been around a while, he was part of Wilson’s development and was Seattles OC from 2011 to 2017 and is the Pass Game Coordinator in Miami now. Kliff Kingsbury is supposedly open to returning to the NFL as an OC…

Not surprised. Not going to get rid of Nicole, and Kristi is the President, Forde is the search firm guy, but Caldwell has a lot of respect in that building. Honestly, Tepper probably trusts him and he brings in experience you can’t BS in the interview. It also allows a voice to answer football questions the group may have. I said before anyone that thought Thomas Brown was the OC the last few games were fooled. Jim Caldwell ran the offense and told Brown what his options were.

Everyone trying to make the Canales/Morgan/Seattle connection, y’all are going to be pissed when Dan Quinn gets hired

Marty Hurney was the most mediocre of average GMs. So unremarkable yet not terrible.
