    There are two other people on the Offensive Staff that have called plays. I feel like this is more of a “you built this playbook, show us how’s it’s supposed to be effective or leave” scenario

    The problem is nobody wants to wait until next year. Everyone last year was told this class would be better and their rebuttal was "they say that every year, do it now"
