Canales seemed pissed off in his press conference today. He referenced the leadership council multiple times. I feel like there was some type candid feedback and exchange from both sides and they pushed Canales to make changes he didn’t want to make or the FO didn’t want him to make.

We are projected to have 31,000,000 next offseason. This rolls over and makes 47,000,000. Getting rid of Robinson saves like 8,000,000 and Tremble is like another 6,000,000 (I think that’s why Mitchell Evans is here). That’s over 60,000,000 plus there is the yearly cap increase and you can always move money around on Hunt, Brown, Horn, etc. We could have 80,000,000 in cap next offseason if we wanted it.

It’s a good place to vent as well. It’s also been a good place to just share ideas and insight on things that casual fans wouldn’t get or care about. If fans are here chances are they are a pretty committed fan and/or they have followed the team a while.

What’s the chances this puts Dalton on “IR” and the panthers go get another back up before the deadline. They still haven’t put Christensen on IR for his Achilles and the Giants have been working out QBs despite having Dart, Winston, and Wilson on the roster.

New because they haven’t worn this variant in the modern era, these are from 1925. They have wore other throwback uniforms. I could say wearing throwbacks but they have multiple throwbacks from different generations.

I’m more interested that the corresponding move was to release Crumedy instead of put Christensen on IR. I guess Christensens injury may not be as bad as initially thought or they are saving that move for a different roster addition- probably just elevating Walton but who knows.

I know everyone is pessimistic and I don’t think the Panthers win. However, the Packers seem to fall asleep easily on teams. They lost to Browns, tied Dallas, almost lost to Arizona, and then Flacco and the Bengals almost clawed back. I think we lose because we are on the road and are a totally different team when traveling but I don’t think it’s a blow out. Packers pass D is weaker than the run D, I think if Bryce plays he’s going to dink and dunk them to death because their secondary is the weak point. I always thought it would be interesting to get some type of sponsorship from the Riot or the Panthers themselves as a fan hub/fan club type deal. Maybe charge a really low membership fee (4.99/mo) or so to cut back on some of the ads/ shitposters. Upgrade the servers and all a bit, maybe add some type of corny gift when you get to a certain rank or tenure. He’s lost a step this year. He will probably play another year or two on his contract, but need to be thinking about drafting and developing his replacement soon.

Dalton seemed pissed off, and it looks like Canales is going to commit to Dowdle after his meeting with the “team council”. If Bryce sat out, it might be for the best, so he’s not running for his life and putting even more stress on the ankle. It would give Dalton one more opportunity not to go out like that.
