I was at the game last night and that was the most energy I have seen in a long time. I would put it right next to the 03 Dallas game and 15 cardinals conference championship (I was at both). It wasn’t just all of the effort from the fans but all of the legends that were there. Jake, Cam, Jonathan Stewart, Wesley Walls, Steve Smith, Muhsin Muhammad, Luke, Eugene Robinson, and a lot more. At the end of the 4th Quarter, Jake, Smith, Walls and Moose all came out and beat the drum and the stadium was bouncing. Cam already hit the drum before the game but it later showed him in a press box trying to pump the crowd in the 4th quarter. It just felt like all of that energy was for nothing, it felt like we let the legends down. I hope these guys in the locker room remembers the sting from this going into next season and put a bigger focus on the smaller things. https://x.com/panthers/status/2010144603354054784?s=46

Rico Dowdle sounds like he’s gone

His production dropped off after he won the job. He padded his stats against some bad defenses and I think Chuba was hurt to start the season which impacted him early. Let him go. Draft another RB in the middle to late rounds to mix in with Hubbard, Brooks, Etienne Or see if we can get a deal on a young FA. Breece Hall, Tyler Allgeier, Pacheco, Sean Tucker, Javonte Williams, Jerome Ford, and a bunch of others are all free agents this year. -
Dave doesn’t sound too thrilled with the prevent

Technically Dan is the President/GM like Lynch is in SF. I think he reports to the CEO then Tepper maybe? For those of you that don’t know, yes we have a CEO. I have no clue what their capacity is

Our defense was ranked 32nd and worst all time against the run last year. It is now ranked 16th. That’s a pretty damn good improvement.

I agree that there is multiple ways to do it. But his way did work. Playoffs or not, we have now went from 2 wins, to 5 wins, to 8 wins. We are on an upward trajectory, the playoffs this year was just a bonus for the state of the division. I think he’s in/was in a tough spot between cap, draft picks, trying to build the right culture, while also trying to show some type of improvement so Tepper doesn’t mash the restart button again. There have been misses but his hits far outweigh the misses.

The last time people acted like this we got Gettleman. Then they acted like this again and we got Fitterer.

There is a tax you have to pay when you’re 2-15, have had multiple head coaches, and haven’t made the playoffs in years. Was he supposed to get a pro bowler on a discount? Or spend 4 draft picks on the OL? I’m confused how you all approach this.

Film run game issue, getting beat at Right Guard
ProcessBlue2 replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
Curhan has done better than Corbett in my opinion. He’s a “good guy” so they would never bench him for Curhan. Only hope is that Hunt comes back and Corbett is back up C/G -
My way too early predictions (because I feel like at least one more coach is getting fired) Titans- Matt Nagy Giants-Mike McCarthy Raiders-John Harbaugh Cardinals- Chris Shula Falcons- Klint Kubiak Browns- Vance Joseph Ravens- Brian Flores
-
That’s why I’m not worried. Eric Eager would likely just move into that role.

Pls no. Zavala’s IR window activated

Zavala don’t realize Curhan took his job this season. -
Better yet pay him to take the job and sabotage the Falcons the next 3 years. Then hire him back.

This is the most overrated guy ever.
-
He fixed the OL. He fixed the DL. I think some of you, don’t realize how bad Fitterer fuged this place up. poo roster, no money, no picks. He’s done a lot with little to work with. It takes time to fix what one of the worst GMs ever did

We need another old guy on the bench with an ear piece. Ours is worn out

I’m not sure who the Ravens expect to get that is better than Harbaugh. The candidates this cycle are not as promising as usual.
-
He’s either going to Cleveland (he’s from Toledo) or he’s going to be Brady’s pick in Vegas with a 1st overall pick for Mendoza. I’ll add: they said 7 teams called his agent and there are 7 openings. (Ravens didn’t call themselves). So a team with a coach under contract called. My guess is Jerry Jones considering the offense is solid and the defense needs fixed.
