  1. 1) Dalton had more difficult opponents 2) The defense wasn't playing nearly a good as it is now. Dalton would have beat the Saints and Giants by 2 TDs.
  2. I totally believe Bryce will have a horrendous game Sunday and will jump for joy at the thought of having Dalton back in.
  3. I think if you are going to stay in a 3-4 you just keep Evero. I can see them going back to a 4-3 especially with the defensive struggles this year. We still haven't transitioned to a 3-4 and most of our players are flexible. Morgan played in a 4-3 and Seattle/Buffalo both ran 4-3s as well.
  4. Yeah and it makes all the fair weather fans who don't pay attention think they are being serious. Then when we cut/fire/trade somebody they freak out all over social media. Like WHEN we trade Bryce this offseason, all the people that barely pay attention will be "outraged".
  5. At this rate Morgan and Canales will be back and we will probably get some stability for the first time in years. I think Evero goes though. HC vacancies? Locks NYJ- Saleh Already Fired New Orleans- Allen Already Fired NYG- Daboll gets fired unless miracle occurs. Dallas- Jones fired McCarthy Jacksonville- Pederson is done. Maybe? Browns- Stefanski but not really his fault Bears- Eberflus should have been fired last year Raiders- Pierce has been a huge let down after ending 2023 with good momentum. Which brings me to my next point- would you keep Evero with Dennis Allen, Robert Saleh, Matt Eberflus, Patrick Graham, Shane Bowen, and Jim Schwartz all available for DC? Possibly even Vrabel since I don't see a HC role in his near future.
  6. Speaking of CMC, I'm pretty sure Chuba passed him on the Panthers all-time rushing list or is close to it.
  7. I still think we are going to pick up Drew Lock next year. He has connections to Canales and Evero (If Evero don't get dumped for Saleh). Why on earth DeVito is starting over Lock is beyond me.
  8. I think the Titans will be okay. Callahan has a big mess to clean up. I think Carthon is a bad GM though. If Callahan can find a game manager QB and fix the OL that defense is built great.
  9. Browns- Locked in on this Watson deal with no way out. All of their talent is getting older, by the time you shed Watson the core players will be old. Jaguars-Looks like another rebuild coming for Khan. Didn't think it was possible but entire Defense regressed. Pederson and Baalke look done, Lawrence may be mediocre post contract. Giants- Locked into Daniel Jones, going to have to make him work or take a huge hit. Daboll's seat is on fire and not a good start for their GM. Jets- Rodgers project failed miserably. Probably starting over with a new GM, HC, and QB next year. Raiders- Eh, probably tied with us really. I think Davis is worse than Tepper so I'll throw them in here. Saints- Putting off the inevitable rebuild that has been due the last 8 years. All their decent players are nearing the end of their careers. I wouldn't be surprised if Loomis goes too. Patriots- Kinda similar to the Saints. Bright spot is Drake Maye. However, Mayo is just a mini-Belichick without the winning. Going to have to go full rebuild here too. Cowboys- I said it. Stuck with Dak. Most of their money is tied up in a few players and the rest of the team is falling apart. Jones is getting older and making worse decisions. They are following the same path as the 2000s Raiders.
  10. I think we win 2 more games. I think we pick around 5 or right after. I don’t know why but I can totally see Sanders playing for the Giants in New York and having a rivalry with Jayden Daniels. I think Hunter goes to Dallas or New England and Ward to Vegas. I think it depends on the Jets HC next year for what they do- chances are Rodgers is done.
  11. It is promising that people are coming back from injury like Thielen and Brooks. Looks like Barno will start practicing and might play in the next few weeks. This game reminds me of the 2007 Indy game. Where we go on this long 18 play opening drive and score and then get blown out afterwards. 1Q Chiefs-10 Panthers-7 2Q Chiefs-24 Panthers-7 3Q Chiefs-31 Panthers-7 4Q-Final Chiefs-34 Panthers-14
  12. I think Canales wanted to go back to Andy sooner after the car wreck but his thumb still wasn't good for New Orleans. Then he won two games and didn't want to make a switch in the middle of it regardless of Bryce's play/stats. I'm booking it, first loss after the bye and Bryce is back on the bench.
  13. Well he's probably only got one more QB switch before he loses credibility. He's not endorsing Bryce in case Bryce goes out there in the next game or two and has a performance like earlier in the season. I think he will ride with Bryce until he has a horrible game and then make his final switch then.
  14. After the last 7 years, I beg for mediocrity.
  15. Whoever is BPA. Idc what position. We can move people around. Need talent, talent, and more talent.
  16. You'd think some people would be tired of losing by now. FYI, these are the same folks that complain about Wild Card/Divisional Round losses. They want to just tank until they feel like they have the perfect team, which very very rarely happens. The two seasons we went to the super bowl, it was complete surprises based on pre-season expectations.
  17. "He's getting better" How fugging low are we setting this bar?
  18. He's not getting better. The defense is playing better. He is the same he has always been. It's not going to be any better. I'm fine with starting him to confirm that. It's just ridiculous that everyone is acting like he is improving when his stats are literally the same they have always been.
  19. I hope we start Dalton after the bye just to see all the Bryce folks go full meltdown.
  20. Dalton couldn't get a starting job on 32 NFL teams which is why he is here. Young isn't even better than him. HAS ANYONE FUGGING CONSIDERED THAT THE ONLY REASON WE WON THESE LAST TWO GAMES IS BECAUSE THE DEFENSE HAS PLAYED BETTER?
