  1. His career in the NFL rests on Rhule's shoulders.
  2. Since the 6th is a 2024 pick, we got him for (basically, if you consider pick values by year) 2 7th rounders. To think we could get a young WR (former second rounder) who can get us about 40 yards per game in the air, that is a solid deal.
  3. Is that akin to the App State "act like a baby when you can't get into UNC" blue?
  4. I do too. Just think we have to have a claim or two on the waiver wire, and at #6, we could get one. I think Sullivan is the first to go if that happens.
  5. As interested as I am in learning if we have any waiver requests in, I am interested to know who the team will sacrifice from the current 53-man roster. We already know we are signing a K. Everyone wants to mention Michael Jordan, but with 9 OL, you might want to look somewhere else. I would go with the following to be cut/sent to PS: Stephen Sullivan, TE (With Ian and Tremble with Ricci as 3rd TE/FB, a 4th TE is overkill.) Nixon or Hoskins, DT. (I am confident the 380-lb McCall turned enough heads to keep a NT position, so I think they will have to attempt to move a DT to the PS.) Stantley Thomas-Oliver III, CB. (Not sure how many you need, and STO3 is good on special teams, but with Hartsfield as a hybrid, that would leave us with 5 CBs. NOTE: Nearly 10% (5) of the 53-man roster is from Temple.
  6. During the preseason, I saw him, and I do not use this word lightly, SCAMPERING when there was little to no pressure on him. Baker steps up, slides, etc. but Darnold is running for his life when shadows cross his perimeter. He is done.
  7. SCP, was Rhule coaching at WCU when you played there? He was after my time.
  8. I am most interested in seeing who sticks. There are still about 3-5 players who made it that could be gone by Thursday.
  9. Damn if we are not going to carry the Temple players for another season.
  10. Dont we have to make room for a K?
  11. Going to start Geno. That makes a 12th man season ticket holder giddy.
  12. Yeah, I think the talks stalled-Philly cut their S after this deal went through. A lotta mouth in this player, so we shall see who gets the best end of the deal in the long run.
  13. Pretty sure it is Blacklock, but I guess a guy can dream... I liked him in the pre-draft buzz. He has been a bit disapppointing
  14. I thought the trade that sent Chauncey Gardner-Johnson to the Eagles for a fifth and sixth was interesting. (Lull in news before the 4pm dump). I think the Eagles got a good player.
  15. 2023 seventh-round draft pick and a 2024 sixth-round selection
  16. The track record for Bama OL is not as good as one would think. This is interesting because the moved him inside to G when RT did not work out. One of my FB friends is the son of a good friend of mine, Brandon Parker, who replaced Leatherwood but has a bad shoulder injury that will send him to IR for the year--not sure what they are going to do on the right side now.
  17. And he is a 4th OT, if you do not consider Mays as OT depth.
  18. Nope. Not me. I am getting ads for Bikini Summer I, II, and III.
  19. So with the Daley trade, cutting Deondre Brown-it is starting to look a lot like this (position flexibility in parentheses) : OG: Brady Christensen (T), Austin Corbett, Cade Mays (C) Michael Jordan OC: Bradley Bozeman (G), Pat Elflien (G) OT: Ikem Ekwonu, Taylor Moton, Cam Erving (Swing)
  20. I hope not. I really can't stand him. It is beyond personal. I loathe him, and if I see Rhule's wife, I will let her know how much I would appreciate it if she shut her damn mouth on draft day.
  21. I went to Gif---typed in "boner". I had a very wide selection of options, but this one made me gasp. I thought, "You know, I am going to act 12 since I am protected by anonymity."
  22. Does this mean we get Chub back? I think it does!!
