He is a RT-$15-16 tops--but it does depend on the cap. Prolly why he got tagged and waited.

Projected Roster Changes (Upgrades???) on Offense from 202- to 2021
MHS831 replied to Michael G's topic in Carolina Panthers
I also think the injury label on Daley might be a bit overblown. He had an ankle and a concussion at different times, but the moved him to IR after the concussion and it seemed he was injured forever. IR is used for different reasons, and Daley is a decent OL. The battle we have going on at LT is great, but the LG situation is nice too. I think Elf and Christensen might slug it out for that spot, and I see Christensen winning. Elf could then slug it out with Paradis. RG? Miller has to be the favorite because he and Moton started jelling at the end of the season, but you could see Brown or even Erving there. Erving is a good fit for this wide zone scheme, by the way---and he could be the LT--who knows? Seriously--we have not had more potential at OL in years--if ever. Just depends on the chemistry. -
Projected Roster Changes (Upgrades???) on Offense from 202- to 2021
MHS831 replied to Michael G's topic in Carolina Panthers
I appreciate the effort and the share. I think our offense with CMC on the field upgrades every position, but I do not see the how LT can be a downgrade when we had so much salary on the bench. See, I look at it this way--if we can stay the same (talent) at a position and cut the salary by 50%, we are better at another position (in terms of salary). For example, if we can get something out of Daley at LT, and 15 games from him at his salary is better than 7 games of Okung at his salary, and we get the $$$ savings to sign a player like Arnold and and Moore. By the way, LG was our biggest problem last year. By far. -
At least we don't have Rosario Dawson anymore

Developmental / bottom of the roster player we carry this year?

Speaking of the guys who call Panther games: Steve Smith, Sr.
MHS831 replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Smith is a goober-head of a person, but I think he will tell it like it is---and that is great for preseason. I liked Rucker, fwiw, but he was nice all the time. Smith is likely to be more candid. One thing that bothers me about some recent players who hit the booth: They tend to relate everything to their situations. -
what did I just read?

So what if they were not practicing the top end of the route tree that day?

PFF Projections for Panthers QB and his Top Receivers
MHS831 replied to CarolinaLivin's topic in Carolina Panthers
They have taken analytics to a stupid level. -
Lets face it folks: Kuechly, Morgan, Mills, Witherspoon, Davis, Beason--- Ya think we might be a bit spoiled?

Bill Barnwell ranks the Panthers offseason as 7th worst

Or the 26th BEST. Damn pessimist. -
They used to call him Super Hot Ian Thomas. Now that have shortened that to an acronym.

that is bad when you can't squeak through OTAs.

Early in the draft mock season last year, he was Georgia's starting QB and on some first round lists. He is from Graham, NC. I have family there---they are so disappointed right now.

You too bro, but it may be back. I am getting checked next week.

I get it, but I can't get thje Super Bowl 38 shank out of my head.

I have suggested putting Pride there. Not sure I like Jackson at FS and due to his tackling skills, not sure I like him at nickel either.

When I had cancer and went to Duke for treatments, the first time I felt a bit sorry for myself. Walking in, you see the cars in the parking lot with pink overlapped ribbon magnets on the back--not one of them--all of them. Inside, the first kid you see is bald, smiling, holding a balloon, and acting happy to be alive. Then there is another one, and another. You leave feeling lucky, although your heart is heavy, not for yourself--never again did I feel any self-pity.

If you have never been in the hospital thinking your child may not survive, trust me, it is the worst and most terrifying fear their is. It paralyzes you in a cloud of surreal vulnerability and helplessness. It can only made worse by the heartbreak and devastation that coincides with losing a child, and I hear that rips your heart out of your body forever. To any of you who have experienced either, I know a bit about that pain and it returns whenever you share the experience with someone else. Man I hope this is a happy ending. When he writes "Day 8," trust me, he means much longer than a bit over a week.

Cargo shorts might have been one of the best inventions ever developed for men, right there with voice activated remote control and sexy optional and convenient adult diapers, and due to some women complaining that we look "stupid", now you all think these things are dumb. Well on game day, I do not care what I look like, and I can spend 20 hours in my recliner without ever leaving it, since I have a portable fridge beside me and the Papa Johns guy has permission to enter without knocking.

About Darnold--I read recently (here, I think) that something like 43% of his passes were thrown under pressure. Cousins, Lamar Jackson, and Carson Wentz were the others in the top. All are good QBs that struggled behind suspect OLs. Darnold is going to be fine--just keep him clean.

they should do like the WFL and allow players from practice squads to play for teams, each with their sponsoring team logo on the back of their helmet/jersey. You could pull up a player from any team at any time.

I disagree! Your points are not valid. What is wrong with y---Oh, I see it now.
