  1. This isn't Chuck. This guy is a British ahole. Or an Ahole attempting to disguise his true identity by acting British.
  2. Thanks. Now those fries don't pull themselves out of the oil--and the drive thru is backed up 2 blocks---chop chop!
  3. It is pretty bad when you are so terrible that the degree of your terribleness is noticed by others when you try to disguise yourself in a shroud of anonymity...your dumbassery is traced back to you like a fingerprint at the scene of a crime points out the guilty party, who thinks he got away with it...That is taking whatever it is he does to a new level. It is like wearing a neon yellow shirt and flash sneakers to play hide and seek in the woods. We see you.
  4. I would like to go ahead and trade our entire 2022 draft for the right to draft Charles Cross, LT, Miss St.
  5. It is not unreasonable to propose that we have the potential to have the ROY on offense and defense. Discuss.
  6. Hard to say right now--we need to see what Indy and the Ravens do first--I will be watching. I hope we can go LT-Moton, LG-Daley C-Paradis RG-Miller and RT-Christensen--but they will be scored. During the Presser today, Rhule talked about liking Cam in the Wide Zone--but he admits that they will determine who plays where when the grade film.
  7. I didn't watch. What happened?
  8. Tea Leaves I am reading say we start the season: Erving Elflein Paradis Miller Moton Reserves Scott Daley Moore Brown Christensen
  9. In fairness to Perryman, that is no ordinary stationary bike--it is the J-Stew 3000.
  10. Of course. The assumption was that both won those jobs.
  11. Not defending him, but I am proving my earlier point that these guys trying to make the roster are dangerous. Read my previous comments for context.
  12. I always try to beat a dead horse, but Moton at LT and Christensen at RT sure solves a lotta problems.
  13. I get it---but when you are competing for a job, everyone is competition.
  14. I think Seattle was triple teaming Smitty on offense, because we were thin there too...so we wanted to find a way to get the ball in his hands.
  15. He is taught to pull back, but look at this from Ibe's perspective: He is trying to make the team against the odds, so he is pressing to make a play. It is the first day with pads on, which makes players itch for contact after 7 days (or so) of pretending. Perfect storm for a play like this...he will remember this decision the rest of his life...hope Kirkwood can't say the same.
  16. I am just glad it was this Gamecock rookie DB who was thrown out of practice.
  17. My coaches frothed at the mouth over this kind of hit. I am not sure that he knew Kirkwood was hurt until he saw that he was not getting up, which explains the reason he did not call for the stretcher/paramedics earlier. We will hear about this later, I am sure.
  18. I think you saw the waving for the paramedics as the slapping of the helmet. But the coach seems pissed before that moment. He had a better view. I see the shoulder lowered and he seems to enter the hit from the side--trying not to have helmet to helmet contact, but he was trying to hit Kirkwood. The first day of pads makes people hit hungry and they crave the contact--maybe that was it.
  19. I think he was pointing in his face and yelling at him because he waves for the stretcher. I will watch it again from your perspective...I think he was upset about the hit because the hit was a penalty and had nothing to do with the outcome (dropped pass). Safeties in today's NFL are coached NOT to do this very thing.
  20. These guys on the bottom of the roster are desperate and frustrated. They are a bit dangerous. I am sure Ibe was trying to make a statement and had no intention of hurting anyone, but self-discipline is a thing.
  21. I heard Kirkwood was having a good camp too.
  22. Ibe, it was a long shot anyway. At least your drive home will be short.
