  1. Now is the time to make a move though. Recycled QBs haven’t worked for this team and they didn’t work for reich in Indy. The o-line is solid and we have a good staff with tons of actual experience. It’s time to go all in for the guy we want.
  2. This will be an expensive venture. I think three firsts is where bidding starts, including our #9.
  3. I’m not usually in favor of tanking for draft picks but there is absolutely no reason for this team to be winning any games right now. What a joke of a franchise.
  4. There’s only so much that can be done. The body is not designed to play football for 15-20 years.
  5. Doctors aren’t miracle workers. Put yourself through 200 car accidents a week and you’ll probably be in pain the rest of your life. What the hell is a doctor supposed to do? Own your choice to play pro football. All the risks are now well-known.
  6. I’ve never seen a guy get more coincidental bad press than russell.
  7. It you get paid to analyze football teams is it too much to ask for you to actually know a team’s needs.
  8. I could definitely see this guy making headlines in the chris Henry/Pacman Jones style.
  9. Feels like the conversation we had last year and then PJ Walker somehow stuck around and ended up starting a few games lmao. Reich’s failure in Indy was largely due to signing vet reclamation and retread projects. I’d be surprised if we go into any season with that prototype as our clear #1 option. IMO we draft someone top 10. Darnold or another vet are signed to compete/bridge the gap for the new QB and corral gets a full camp to show if he’s any good.
  10. Coaching matters. Wilks went 6-6 and some of our players thought he was Vince Lombardi because they only knew Rhule.
  11. I went to Baltimore one time, when we played the ravens back in 2006. Some guy tried to fight me on the way out just because I was wearing a delhomme jersey. Then once I got about one block over from the inner harbor I felt like I was in iraq circa 2003. Would never go back again.
  12. Levis has major bust potential. If we throw a top 10 pick at him I wouldn’t be very happy.
  13. I’m not gonna feel bad for a guy who got paid 60 million to suck at his job. He never has to work again if he doesn’t want to. Most people who lose their jobs are lucky if they get 2 weeks of pay on their way out.
  14. He’s done a lot of stupid poo but hardly anyone will hate him for dragging Rhule through a legal battle. I wish nothing but the worst for that clown.
  15. Rhule is a fuging douche who shouldn’t get another dime from the team ethically. Legally, the panthers have a bit of an uphill battle to fight if the offset clause is clear in the contract. I wouldn’t piss on Rhule if he was on fire but he’ll probably get his money or most of it.
  16. Lots of revisionist history in here about how bad Tepper has been as an owner thus far. So he admitted a mistake about two years too late and all is forgiven. Rhule should have never been brought back this year. Tepper waited until the Nebraska job came open to let him go because he knew he could save some money that way.
  17. Lol. Nice performance by a guy with a “high ankle sprain.” The NFL should put ropes around the field and have a cage match for the super bowl.
  18. Mahomes suffers a "high ankle sprain" and he's back playing the next week. The Chiefs defense which has been ass for years suddenly looks like the '85 Bears. The NFL feels really fixed these days.
  19. Fangio is 64 years old. I don’t think he cares about the Miami night life.
  20. He’s only doing that now when it benefits him and his image to do so.
  21. It’s looking like reich or wilks to me. Unless payton makes a surprise move (which better not happen).
  22. I disagree with the Buffalo point. I mean they have been there with a chance three straight years. Plenty of franchise QBs win 0 or 1 super bowl during their career. You want a coach and a roster that can get you there with a chance to win it all. That’s the step we are on now.
  23. He would have looked like Bridgewater under the previous regime. The entire panthers history from 2019-now should be erased and never spoken of again. Reminds me of the stretch from 97-01 where we floundered along with no real direction.
