  1. I’m not going to exaggerate m. That might be the worst play I’ve ever seen in 30+ years of watching football
  2. This is sad to look at compared to Bryce’s chart every week. I wish someone would do a side by side comparison with Clausen because it looks very similar to my eye.
  3. Rhule dug really deep and found something even dumber than his Jay-Z reference. https://x.com/awfulannouncing/status/1728207643251220663?s=42
  4. Move Zavala to RG and let Mays play LG. Zavala can’t be any worse.
  5. This will be a lot like the bears game. That game was only close because we got a fluke ST touchdown. Titans by 10 is about right.
  6. On the other hand, some posters on this board wouldn’t have done worse, and that’s really saying something.
  7. Who wants to start a poll on the worst Scott Fitterer decision? Some options 1. Declining the rams offer for burns 2. Trading McCaffrey for DJ Johnson 3. Sending away our only good receiver in a trade for the “franchise” QB 4. Drafting the “franchise” QB over Stroud 5. Drafting Matt Corral over Howell 6. Drafting Mingo and TMJ over basically anyone else at that point in the draft
  8. I said here weeks ago that the only reason dalton isn’t already playing is because we took Bryce at #1 and traded our future for him. If this were any other situation he’d be on the bench by now and fighting for a roster spot in camp next year. Making off schedule plays works in college when you have 4-5 seconds to stand in the pocket and you can out run the linemen if you have to scramble. In the NFL the 300 pound guys are usually faster than the QBs and your time to make a decision is cut in half. There aren’t many plays to be made but the ones that are there aren’t being made either. We need to start completely over and let the new coach and GM decide what to do at every position, including QB.
  9. Don’t blame you. I sold mine last year. Have been to one game in Charlotte since the Super Bowl year. Been to a few away games and will consider going to one a year like you just to see stadiums and new cities. David Tepper won’t be getting any of my money either. I’d rather him just move the team and hope for an expansion franchise at this point.
  10. I don’t necessarily disagree. But there’s no way he’s worse than Devito. The point is that any coach worthy of being in the NFL should be able to put a game plan together to occasionally generate some offense. 10 games in and Grandpa Frank looks like a middle school PE teacher with a headset.
  11. Ok let’s assume he catches it. It’s a 5 yard gain. Who cares. This is about the only throw our first pick QB has shown the ability to make and it’s sad.
  12. The 49ers were smart enough not to let Lance play when it was clear he sucked. They also got lucky with Purdy and they have a coach who knows how to call plays that work in the NFL.
  13. Went 18-26 for 246 and 3 TDs today. This guy couldn’t throw a forward pass two weeks ago. And yet this team can’t put up more than one touchdown on offense week after week after week. Reich is the worst coach in the league by far.
  14. Whenever the defense really needs a stop they don’t get it.
  15. Bryce had two chances two make a throw and missed both
  16. The only reason we ever do is because of garbage time
  17. Glad to see Frank calling plays. It’s making so much difference. This is not a pass blocking offensive line and yet he still insists on calling a game for personnel he doesn’t have.
  18. We were running the ball effectively and then Frank decides to go ahead and start airing it out.
  19. This just shows the culture of intimidation that exists at the top of this organization. Watching guys who suck isn’t going to magically make them into good offensive linemen. More evidence of Tepper refusing to place the blame where it should go.
  20. I’ve been to sofi, soldier field, M&T, mile high, Atlanta before it was the anus, Green Bay, and the old meadowlands. In terms of fan experience I’d put BOA near the bottom of that list with M&T and lambeau at the top for fan experiences. It’s more on par with Atlanta during the non Vick years, aka it’s sucks.
  21. Good point. And then hired a guy who no one else wanted. Some good that did.
  22. Lol I remember that Oakland game well. After it was over, Moose was quoted as saying “amid all the ashes and rubble, a flower grew today.” He went over 100 catches for the season in that game.
  23. 2001 was in several games and found ways to lose at the end. 2010 was the closest to this team in terms of offensive ineptitude. Both teams however had foundational pieces. 01 actually had a ton of guys who were in the Super Bowl two years later. 10 still had smith and Stewart. I think we lose to 2001 by 7-10 points. The game with 2010 we might win half the time if we played them 10 times.
  24. Mr ketchup on steak is mad again. Someone is getting the axe soon.
