Like many in here have already opined, I think the Panthers did take action, it just wasn't enough for DWill's liking and now that he's on the way out the door he's going to air his grievances. I feel bad for him. With the grind of football season, I don't think he's had an opportunity to grieve, and unfortunately he's making an emotional decision by doing this that in the long run he will probably regret.
