Neither Brown nor Evero would accept the job in a situation like that. If you fire the head coach and the GM everyone will be out of a job. The next GM will have to hire the coach who will not accept the job without an assurance they could hire their own staff. I seriously doubt anyone is going to sign up for having his staff handed to him after what would have taken place to get to that point here.

Week 4 [Panthers vs Vikings] All-22 : Any Requests?

The ugly truth, the whole truth and not but the truth. -
If Bryce busts, was that the worst trade in the history of the NFL?
Jon Snow replied to Captroop's topic in Carolina Panthers
You cannot use that as part of the equation. What happens if the Bears trades those picks? "What if's" are infinite. What if Williams and Mayes are bust and Bryce is just average? What if CJ and AR end up injured and or ultimately fail also? We can play this all day. You will not know the answer to this for another season ot two. -

It's part of the deal. There were 2 trade offers with Burns as the target. One with the Rams and one as part of the trade with the Bears. Fitterer declined both. -
I could have called the opposing defensive plays yesterday, that's how predictable it was.

There was never a reason to keep Burns over either. He was the least needed player for this rebuild. Although they are trying everything they can to avoid doing so. This half ass rebuilding or whatever Fitterer is trying to do is making this team worse with every move he makes. I'm not even sure what Frank is doing with his offense. His calls get more conservative with each game, except with Dalton. What's that about? WTF is running this circus?! -
You have a magic wand to fix our biggest problem.

Tepper not cleaning house the moment he signed the check was the start of the decline. Not cleaning house again before this next iteration is continuing the fall. But his biggest failure is not hiring an executive that has a proven background (Steelers) is his and his alone. -

Keeping Burns over Moore will go down as one of the biggest mistakes this franchise has ever made. -
Things are likely to get hilariously worse
Jon Snow replied to Cary Kollins's topic in Carolina Panthers
You couldn't have scripted it to go any worse for this team the way they are playing right now. They are well on their way to going 0-17. -
Frank Reich is trying to put a square peg in a round hole
Jon Snow replied to Lame Duck's topic in Carolina Panthers
I'm not sure what Frank is trying to accomplish with this offense. There's no running game and apparently a pass over 20 yards is not an option. He needs to hand the play sheet to Brown so he can focus on who's on the field and the play clock instead of staring at the play sheet. -

Apparently, actually watching the games is not required before a conclusion is jumped to. -

This offense is amateur hour and it’s a complete embarrassment
Jon Snow replied to hepcat's topic in Carolina Panthers
I agree. Frank needs to give up play calling. Even I can predict what the play will be. I'm not sure what he's trying to prove here. It's just embarrassing. -
Thanks in advance.

So insults it is.

Marty Hurney, Dave Gettleman, Scott Fitterer
Jon Snow replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
We all? Speak for yourself there brother. I wanted Marty gone years before he was canned the first time. I damn sure never wanted him back! -
Triggered? Is that all you've got? Your takes are just getting old. Maybe I've been here too long and seen too much from you to bother engaging with you anymore.

And where in that did anyone say was capable of outsmarting defenses left and right? As I said, he is credited for having the processing ability but not the experience. The staff is going to highlight his good traits and minimize any concerns. So their faith in him has made him into some fans idea of a world beater. That you chose to do. No one ever said he could outsmart defenses left and right. That you chose to imply.

None and all. -
Nah. I've just watched these bs takes grow into some kind of myth that's getting out of hand.
-
Quote it! You shouldn't have any trouble if it's so well known.
-
Upset? No. Calling out bs? Absolutely.

No one ever said any of that about Young. He was credited for being the most pro ready because he was processing information like that of a 3 year vet. It doesn't mean he is one. That has grown into he is supposed to outsmart nfl defenses left and right. Laying it on a little thick there aren't you? You should go back to fondling Howells balls on the Commanders board.
