    I honestly think he gets another year if he drafts a rookie. That's the only way any of this makes sense. If they had landed Watson he most likely Rhule would have to make the playoffs at minimum to keep his job. Now that he's forced to go with a rookie and what looks to be another scrub FA not named Sam Darnold his gets 2 more seasons.

    Not as easy as backing up Tom Brady. But point taken. Lawrence has a difficult road ahead of him in his career. He's going to have to hang on until Jacksonville figures out how to build a team around him and stay injury free in the process. I'm not liking his odds as it stands right now.

    The Browns paid $230,000,000 for this circus. And they aren't done yet. The PR nightmare is just getting started. They will have to shell out millions trying to change the narrative around him and the team. Good luck with that.

    I'm hoping Tepper hires Colbert as a consultant to come in to assess the situation and tell him what to do. It starts at the top. Short of that I doubt it matters much what the plan is.

    Both Icky and Neal will not be gone if some takes a qb in the top 4, I would almost bet on it.

    It's not about the reps. The young guys will get it. It's the experience and wisdom he brings as one of the best to the younger guys. That is worth another year or two alone. Gilmore > Jackson 10 times out of 10.

    Both those teams were built for that. They started several years building depth before the "all in" approach. That's why it managed to work.

    Let the Falcons trade up if they want to. I doubt they have their eye on the same qb as Rhule does anyway. If they do it will start the run on 2nd round qbs in the first 15 picks. That will be hilarious.

    No, I doubt even one will be to be honest. But there's a better chance if you have more to choose from.

    If anyone of those teams want the first choice of the group they will most likely have to trade ahead of us. I'm not buying anyone in the top 5 pulling the trigger. But dumber things have happened.
