  1. Dude, you just quoted me on my comment about Lamar. This is the conversation.
  2. I answered said question for you. You've been ranting for weeks on behalf of Lamar. I think you are a bit perturbed that we are not taking up arms on his behalf along with you.
  3. Are you his mom, I mean agent? What are you asking me for? I do not work for the Ravens. His value is what someone is willing to pay him period. His own team set his value to them at 133 mil guaranteed. You need to get pissed at the Ravens and not me.
  4. Well if you have your heart set on one specific guy you will most likely be disappointed.
  5. Only for a few of you. For the rest of us who do not give a flying turd it's another rookie. One we hope is the right choice.
  6. The difference between he and Stroud is not a wide as you think as far as the tape goes. But I think their pro days might have a sway one way or the other. Don't get caught up in the Underwear Olympics hype. The difference has to outweigh the cost to acquire as well. If they view it a push they may wait for someone else to pay top dollar for the first choice before swooping in to get the guy left.
  7. Wasn't suggesting Luck was better. I'm just saying 1 man cannot do it by themselves. Ask Aaron Rodgers and Matt Stafford or any qb for that matter.
  8. My money is on it being Levis right now. It think they try to trade with the Cardinals if possible and let someone else get Young and Stroud. Just a feeling I have based on nothing but my itching left testicle.
  9. All of that's IF the owner is down for it. Poles got the job because the last guy got fired. I doubt he's afforded the opportunity to continue whatever got the last GM fired.
  10. Because neither did it on their own. It's a team sport. But that's a discussion for another day.
  11. It would have been about the same here with some sporadic doom and gloom post. Probably a few would get band again, but other than that about the same.
  12. Everyone wants to get paid what they think they are worth. The trouble is your employer may not think you are worth that to have you doing that job. Especially if you are living up to the job expectations your employer set out for you. Lamar is about to find out what someone is willing to pay him to do the same job. If he doesn't live up to those expectations after that then that employer will question whether the Ravens weren't right all along.
  13. I saw that. Looks like it's Sam Darnold once again. Hopefully they hit on the rookie whoever it is.
  14. If he keeps his job. It may sound great to us fans but to an owner? It probably sounds more like hey, if we are wrong and have a losing season it's okay. Look what we have in our pockets to try again. He's thinking about why he is spending big money on these supposed experts when I can get any fan to do that sh!t.
  15. But it will not be a good look to miss out twice in a qb. They may have the picks but who's making the call at that time may not be who decided to pass on one of these guys for Fields. Just saying.
  16. I seriously doubt either will start right away. At least they shouldn't. But I'm not getting paid to win so who knows?
  17. I was just throwing out a number as an example.
  18. You could also say that if Fields doesn't develop for Bears after they pass on one of the guys and that goes on to be a stud, well that would be bad. It would be much worse for them if after all that happened the would probably cut or trade Fields and he then goes on to win a SB for his next team. There's a lot of ways this can go wrong for the Bears. That's why they want all those picks. They need have some options to get out of a serious mistake if the choose poorly.
