It's Jets joint practice Day 1 (8.9.2023)
Jon Snow replied to Ricky Spanish's topic in Carolina Panthers
Brown has had no help on the dline in his 1st 2 years. It's was too easy to double team him because there was never any beside him to prevent that. 1 on 1 Brown is a force to be reconned with. -

Under Frank? If he's still here. I would like to think he's a coach that could pull it off. I understand why that was a big problem with our previous coaching staffs. -

Not really. It's been nothing but Jets coverage with them since the trade. I thought maybe we would be the brunt of Rogers highlights for today at least. -

You might catch some comments from someone mic'd up that may give you some clue what the Jets players and coaches think about our team. In interviews it will be standard pc stuff I'm guessing. -

It appears that NFL Network will not be covering our practice today. -

I think you're going to see nothing but a Rogers slobber fest. The Panthers will be an afterthought today. -

Truth.

They cannot help my outside my house. That's where the humidity is. Summers in the south is like living in the sauna. The mountains were the only exception. Other than some sporadic weeks in August through September it's not that bad. But this year seems to have had more days with high humidity.

Yo! We got a game Saturday! How much time should Bryce get?
Jon Snow replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
He plays until the opponent throws in the towel. -
That ain't nearly enough. The olinemen can eat 1 pizza each themselves.
-
That's a good question! I haven't heard anything about him at all. That's not good for him. He just mind find himself cut again if he doesn't step up.

I would not count out the ball boy. Kids pretty sharp.

You and me both brother.

It is. They really wanted to trade up for one in the 2nd round but apparently they couldn't find a dance partner to snag the Georgia LB. I knew then that they were desperate to grab someone in the draft but pickings were slim by the 3rd round. Haynes was the fallback option and now he's hurt. So a hired gun it is.

Saw that. It's just getting interesting.

Haynes back must be the reason they had to do this. Haynes may be put on IR.

Jon Snow replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
It depends on how much playing time he gets against the Jets 1st team defense in camp. It may not require him to play in the game at all. Wouldn't that be a pisser? -
Nah, he still has bad hands. He drops as many as he catches. He's too unreliable as a pass catcher.
-
Much respect for you man. The fanbase and the team itself is lucky to have someone like @RoaringRiot who will give so much of their life in support of the Panthers. KEEP POUNDING!!!!

He only plays tackle if Iky or Morton gets hurt. We are good at guard, trust me.
