  1. To be honest I think beyond the injuries there is concern he has peaked as a LB. He is great as is but coupled with the ware and tear he already has on his body I can see why a lot of teams didn't want to risk a high pick on him. I do not fault anyone either way.
  2. Also true. But Miles biggest problem is that he cannot see the hole when there is one. I'm not the only person that's saw that. I hope he does a 180 so the rookie doesn't have to be rush into the lineup. But if he still cannot find the hole in a donut then it's time to cut our losses.
  3. My hate? I was referring to Sanders the RB. Me thinks you've misjudged the situation.
  4. I hope so. But just don't see it. It would be nice if Dan could pull it off.
  5. I don't think Sanders has the value you think he does. Right now I wouldn't trade a bag of chips for his services. Fitterer was an idiot for giving him that contract. He's the number 2 RB in this crappy team and he's paid like a number 1. I hope he's cut the 1st chance they get.
  6. First of all let's see if we are even picking in the top 5 before we predict what positions it may be. Unless they are predicting a trade for the 1st overall pick. If that's the case then I doubt Tepper has the stomach for that anytime soon.
  7. I'm excited for any receiver that can take someone's spot in the wr room. Same goes for any other room in the building. I'm that desperate for anything positive.
  8. Wallace is good at covering the TE and RB. Coverage is not a problem for him. The other one I couldn't tell you. But the rest is mostly accurate to a degree.
  9. Apparently this draft wasn't loaded with edge help. I think I heard that after the 1st round the pickings were slim and would need a lot of development. Whether that is true or not I couldn't say.
  10. Those guards are great pass blockers also. I'm with you on the running game. They need to get the running game going to open up the passing game.
  11. Unfortunately I think they may keep Ian 1 more season. I personally wouldn't, but they may need him for the run game. At least that would be the only reason to keep him if there really is one.
  12. There were more than a few comments on nfl network that eluded to this being a bad draft to need edge help.
  13. I don't think so. I would bet he plays some this season. He will be a full time starter by the end of the season if not sooner. Who's his competition? His only limit is how fast he can absorb the playbook.
  14. The RB was not going to make it past Dallas. He wasn't going to make it to the 3rd round. The Giants were trying to jump Dallas to take Brooks. We managed to jump them both to take him for what it's worth. Who knows how it will work out but at least 2 other teams thought he was worth a 2nd round pick so it's not a reach unless you think the best RB in the class is not worth it. It's all subjective opinions anyway.
  15. That offense last year was so predictable. I really don't know what the strategy was in the end. Did Frank not trust his qb? Did he not want the qb they selected? Did he not want a rookie at all? What the actual fug was the plan? He wasn't going to work on his qb's mechanics until year 2? What the actual fug is that kind of development? I have never seen a team go so sideways as this team did last year. I mean they weren't winning much anyway because the rest of the team was ass but damn! At least do something to show you give a damn.
  16. If he has anything other 7 yrd curls in his playbook then you might see a better offense.
  17. They will not miss a beat without Burns. You just wait and see.
  18. Yeah about that. What a FUBAR system that was. It appears Thielen was the only receiver Frank seem to be the primary read on damn near every play. It's either that or his was the only one consistently getting open. It was like everyone else were decoys. I don't want to see an offense like that ever again.
