    That doesn't surprise me. Sleeping your way to the top is still a thing. To make it in that industry all you need is a pretty face and some modest amount of talent. Or you screw the right people.

    My theory is that it was just a combination of an iladvised coaching hires with no real idea how to develop Young. None of the coaches knew how to build an offense or how to evaluate talent. Young needed to sit and learn the pro qb game for a while and work on his mechanics. None of that happened. It was doomed from the start.

    So 1 short field that I forgot. Did you watch the game? So all our drives were on short fields the defense gave the offense? I didn't know what had the 2015 defense back. Your misery is wonderful.

    Their not going to be able to make big splashes this offseason. It going to be moderately priced FA players looking to make a name for themselves if they are lucky.

    There is no downside to replacing Evero. At minimum a new DC will want his type of players and can identify them in the draft and FA. That alone changes the overall development dynamics and system.
