The the reasons he wasn't signed, he doesn't want to be here and we dont need him. End of discussion.
-
Never heard of any of them.

WE NEED ANSWERS!!!!!!!

It doesn't matter if you target him, he has to want to come here. Besides, you cannot run your offense that way. You cannot tie up a chunk of cap in an aging receiver that you will have to focus your offense on. That doesn't help Youngs development at all. That's backwards thinking.
-
Hopkins is not coming here. Get that thought out of your head. We will be drafting our guys unless it's an injury situation that forces us to. Then it will be someone you've never heard of.
-
He's a good receiver. Nothing wrong with his play. His contract is an indication of his health concerns. We signed him thinking that he may not be available all season. I see no problem here.
-
It will take time. You cannot fix everything that was wrong with this team in one offseason. There was just too much FUBAR to overcome at once.
-
I'm not worrying about anything until it proves to be a concern. You should have known that this was coming. We traded our best 2 receivers to get Young. Yes McCaffrey was our best and DJ was #2. We have to rebuild the group with whatever we can this year and upgrade as we go.
-
You seem to be obsessed with this #1 wr thing. First of all, the chemistry between he and Bryce has nothing to do with wr position that you are concerned with. Bruce has chemistry with several others as well. Secondly, it was always going to be receiver by committee. Chark is one of them. Third, Frank has clearly stated numerous times that any receiver that wants to make this team must be able to play all 3 positions at receiver. They must be able to play the x, y, and z position. So for the last time. No, Chark is not being depended on the be the "#1" receiver.
-
I think that is the way Frank wants it until game one. I also don't think they are done adding to it either.
-
A lot of assumptions in all of that.
-
Most likely. Unless they are in trade talks with someone I suspect there will be movement to get to 53. That doesn't mean they will be done however.
-
They run it in practice when there are no outside eyes looking in.
-
Because they haven't shown it yet.
-
The Nick Thurman? Why he's our secret weapon they've been hiding until game one. Honestly, I have no idea.
-
Who said he was the number 1 rw? This team has a different no.1 target on every play.
-
He practiced today.

What I saw was a reminder of how far this team has fallen, again. This team needed a staff and roster purge. The only question was when and how far was Tepper willing to go.
-
I think they saw enough of him in practice to know that he wasn't a fit for what they want to do.

The gift that keeps on giving.

I'm withholding my opinion on Fitterer for the time being. There's a lot of bad moves that are unaccounted for during that era. The 2022 draft and offseason leading up to it is still murky as to who called the shots in my mind. Time will tell.
-
I guess that means he made the 53 for the time being.
-
It could simply be the these guys are not quite good enough to play the positions the way this staff needs them to. Or they are just not very good at what they can do. I'm not losing any sleep over it. Hate it for those who are cut though.

I think I lost mine the 1st game of 2016. At least that's when it started. The league was making sure a Cam led team wasn't going to be treated the same as everyone else. But that is a different story. I guess it truly set in the day they brought Hurney back.
