  1. That's a frightening thought. Who would have predicted that after 1 game into the season?
  2. Welcome to the land of misfits, has-beens, cripples and wannabes. The home of the Panthers
  3. I've heard scouting rumors it's because of they way they limit how much of the field they are taught to read. Everything is predicted to one read on half the field at any given time. It a very simple concept for the qb's. How much of that is true I do not know. As for USC? It must be the water or something because I've not heard scouting romurs on why they always suck in the nfl. But its real.
  4. I know, reason and logic have been replaced by knee jerk emotions. I know better, but I still hope there's intelligence out there somewhere....right?
  5. They are seeing that they should have kept CMC and DJ and traded Burns instead. Fitterer is a moron.
  6. It's real alright. Fields will not break it. It's up to CJ Stroud now. It's the same with USC qb's. They look like world beaters in college and then every single one drafted into the nfl have been a bust. You would think these kids would learn the history of being drafted out of those schools and either not go or transfer out before they get cursed as well. Stay away from OSU and USC qb's.
  7. I would rather you stay and keep up the good work while I keep your wife entertained on your honeymoon.
  8. A sports medical doctor on nfl network this morning said that Achilles tears are not related to the tuff whether it's grass or artificial. The playing surface in this case is irrelevant. Now if your talking ankle and knee injuries then yes, artificial tuff shows a higher injury rate for those types of injuries. Achilles injuries on the other hand happened at the same rate on either surface. So using Rodgers injury as a reason to lobby for a change is a poor one. It's only because of who it was that anyone cares. It could have happened on grass just as easily.
  9. Using social media to lobby for a pay raise is lame as hell. Of course his fans want him paid. Other than that he's got nothing to sell himself on the field. He's another contract year whinner that hasn't finished his contract year before crying for a massive pay raise he hasn't earned to date. Fitterer f*cked this up by letting emotions get in the way. Fitterer is the problem.
  10. Great job man! You came through as always and I for one appreciate all the hard work you put into this. Enjoy the honeymoon! PS. You better remind her that your duty to the Panthers and this joint take precedence of your commitment to her on Sundays.
  11. It seems some of you expect a lot from the current iteration of the Panthers, especially its rookie qb...
  12. Loved that movie. The new movie seems to be hilarious so I'm looking to see that when it comes out. "What do you mean you eat no meat?! That's OK, I'll fix you lamb."
  13. The poster should take Darin Gantt's job. This is the best and truly honest game summary that I've seen in a very long time. That's the game I watched and came away thinking the same thing. Get this man, woman, or who/whatever, a media pass asap!
  14. It's like a tragic, comedy story made into a movie. I hate to see an injury, but it's hard for me to have sympathy for him or the Jets. I even get sadistic chuckle under my breath about the sport media because all I've heard offseason is nothing but Rodgers and will he or won't he sign with the Jets. Then when he did it was how many SBs were they going to win. If he's out very long I fear the world may end for NYC and the Jets. Someone is about to lose their job if he's out for the season.
  15. I think Dallas is peaking too early. No team can play like that for very long. Dak is no Cam Newton and will eventually implode by mid-season. They will come back down to earth just as they always do.
  16. That's disturbing news. We should hire her to be a RB scout because ours seems to be looking in the wrong places.
  17. This is the long term a league wide result from reducing the preseason to three games. It's basically turning the 1st game of the season into a modified version of the old 4th preseason game that counts. Some teams are choosing to use the preseason to do a more detailed look at roster depth and new acquisitions. Those teams put more time in practice on the starters. The Panthers have done that this offseason. I guess the results will vary from team to team and whether they do not have that problem. If you haven't noticed league wide very few starters play that much in the preseason.
  18. He played like a 1st round guard in his first NFL game. That's impressive.
  19. What the hell is that old fart up to? He's got an angle he's playing, but what? Since when has anyone cared about snatching Corral before someone else does?
