Everyone outside of Travis Hunter has a "yeah but". Even Carter has some durability concerns. Everyone is going to need some form of development to be productive in the nfl. That is why this draft is a buyers market and so far nobody is buying. -
If you were to believe the latest rumors it would seem they like Nolan more than Walker and are willing to trade down. But the catch is Nolan will not get past SF or may not make it that far in the first place. He can play in a 4-3 defense so anyone could take him.

The distraction comes when his famous father starts criticizing the team and coach on national TV for the lack of his sons success.

I think if Membou is there we may take him. For both Graham and Membou to be there someone above us has to take another qb or another wr. That would blow up mock drafts everywhere lol.

They already have a full staff of nerds that does this stuff. The question is are they using it properly.

I think he possibly could be as well. I guess it depends on the system he plans to be used in by whoever drafts him.

The Browns and Jets hold the title together as the biggest dumbass teams due to their long history of dumbassery. But we are trying very hard to catch up.

They are stuck at 8. Nobody wants a qb in the 1st except the Titans (who will regret it by the way). No qbs worthy of a 1st means no trades on draft night.

I didn't say in the 1st round. They want a DT as they have looked at about 20 of them. If Graham is there he's the pick.

He could cost us nothing and I still wouldn't take the risk.

It coming from the thought that Jacksonville will take Jeanty and it allows Graham to drop right into our laps.

Giving up pick 57 would be too rich for me as it stands right now. There's just too many players on day 2 that can improve this team. But things might happen on day 1 that could change my mind.

Depends on what you are looking for. There's a reason they both are day 1 selections. I think Starks would be a better fit for the Panthers but they apparently think Emmanwori is the best fit.

Not if Graham falls to them. DT is their main target and he's the best in this class right now. If he's gone and they can trade down it could be for Nolan or Emmanwori.

I understand his position but I would use lower round picks to sweeten the deal and keep the 2nd round pick. The chart may say the value is the same but in this draft it's not. The day 2 picks are more important from a talent value perspective.

That's too much. They can give us their second and call it even. I'm not giving them our second because they would win this trade by a lot. No they give is their second and we give them their 4th back and then we are even.

I would say there is some truth in the coaches statement. I would also wager that if his last name wasn't Sanders he would be a 3rd round pick.

To be fair the Panthers could love Walker. That doesn't commit them to drafting him. I'm sure they love a lot of players in this draft. Unfortunately they cannot have all of them. The trick is to get as many of them that can play at this level and that really want to be the best. Those having both of those traits going for them is a challenge. The second part is the hardest to find.

Fine by me. Dude is a monster as long as he wants to play. The question is how bad does he want to?
