I think that is premature to assume. Each of these guys will sink or swim mostly by their own desire to be good or be paid. Finding that guy you can develop to be as good as he is capable of being and keeping him that takes someone who knows what he's doing. No matter who the draft, trade for or pick up off the street I feel better about our chances of getting better at the position because we are not using our gut to pick them.

Do you honestly want Teddy mentoring a rookie QB? He takes no responsibility for his mistakes and is a terrible decision maker on the field. Not sure what he has to offer anyone at this point. He did this to himself.

I keep saying don't sleep on Jones.

You guys are slipping. The first question should be to ask him what is his favorite pie. Duh

Stop, I can't breathe. Thanks for sharing that.

I laughed almost as much.

Who's your favorite current Panthers player?
Jon Snow replied to Carl Spackler's topic in Carolina Panthers
If they are wearing a Panthers uniform they are my favorite player. If not they are my enemy. -
Ron didn't serve him meatballs?

It took the Patriots 30 years to become good

It to them hiring BB before they turned it around. -
But you have 3 more picks in the first to compensate.

Bingo

Not counting the chance of him getting injured and all your plans are dashed in an instant. The risk is too rich for my blood.

It takes me too long to proof read. Bite me, I'm old.

He flew in. That's why it took so long. His arms are tired from all that flapping.

We certainly took a hit with the Richardson fiasco. -
I'm sure they will try to get something out of him before the draft. My hope is they will eventually cut him so we have the option of signing him off the street. I would not trade picks for him or Watson. I do not want to watch another QB end his career because the team didn't (in this case couldn't) build a team around him. Do not seek the treasure!

I agree, I was just talking out of my ass again. We are the suck.
-
Well we are technically slight worse so I guess there is only a handful. It seems to change every season but unlike them we managed to stay middling.

Where we are now.

I mean if he is our only realistic option then I say give it a shot. It keeps you from over drafting because of need. I'm not advocating for or against him but I'm saying you shouldn't rule him out. I still think they stay at 8 and take their chances. I will say that I think they take someone at 8 that will make the huddle melt down. And it will be glorious.

Teddy starts the season. After that all bets are off.
