I have considered that myself. Limit the future damage Rhule could do to this team by taking away his ability to trade away future picks. Its the best case scenario really. But I fear it's a pipe dream.

So Who Can/Should we Get as our New OC if Rhule Stays?
Jon Snow replied to Michael G's topic in Carolina Panthers
Does it really matter? Who's offense will they run? Might as well keep Nixon. -

Is the defense really performing that well?
Jon Snow replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
No, still can't stop the run. -
Very close.

Panthers Bringing back Rhule. Planning to start OC search next week
Jon Snow replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
I hope not. That would do me in as a fan. That would tell me that this bunch has no clue how to run a franchise and as a fan I am fooked. Giving up that much capital for one player with as many issues as this team has? No, I'm not sticking around for that. Guess I will go back to being a Steelers fan now that Rapestburger is leaving. -
I stopped going to the games years ago. I didn't watch the last 2 games as I knew the outcome. The last game will be no different. I will watch them occasionally just see how bad they really are but I will not be emotionally invested in them anymore.

My biggest concern is that there's not someone between Rhule and Tepper that know how to build a franchise. Fitterer is a pawn that may or may not be good at his job. Rhule is in charge of everything we he shouldn't be. Who knows what Tepper is thinking about this mess. But whatever it is he shouldn't be in charge of the football leadership decisions. First and foremost they need someone in there that knows how to run a successful pro football organization. Until that happens expect more of the same. -

Fans? Wasn't aware he had any yet. But if the big guy can go throw his big ass out there. I'm tired over watching this

Trade out of 6 or trade away a player instead?
Jon Snow replied to Reebis21's topic in Carolina Panthers
You can thank Robby Anderson for making it difficult to keep DJ. Robby's replacement was drafted but they decided to give him an extension anyway. Always signing the wrong player is the Panthers way. -
Count me in on the Bryce Young sweepstakes.

Pay Kevin Colbert whatever it takes to come in and fix this mess. That takes balls.

Without knowing Teppers end game in all this mess I hesitate to guess. I fail to see anything positive in building any semblance of culture. I cannot see any improvement in the development of the players save one or two. The team has no identity nor has it shown anything encouraging to point to a direction other the down. There is yet again no attempt at adjusting strategy in scheme or play calling. The talent is lacking and what little there is will be misused. I honestly have no idea what to expect other than more of the same.

Brady Christensen scores highest ratings of the season at LT again.
Jon Snow replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
The answer? Probably not, but we certainly have had worse. He will do for now. -
If Sam Darnold can help this bunch get 9 wins next season then hell has frozen over. I may have to take back everything I said about him. Getting 9 wins buys you an extension around BOA.
-
Must be the blisters on his ass from riding the bench all season.
-
No. Go oline early and often. Ride Sam to the number 1 pick next year.

Who recruited and coached that talent at Michigan? I say we keep looking.
