That's a lot a darts to throw at talent. I like where your head is at.

Technically we do. He's currently the starting QB. What they are most likely looking to do is acquire another 2nd to compensate for what an utter disaster that pick turned out to be.

...2 dimes over a quarter as nippleshorts would say.

They would. Tepper sucks at pressers and should stay out of team discussions in public.

Week Of: Draft Buzz, Rumors, & News (w/updates)

...where you believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see. -
Can he play LT? Sorry, had to do it.

Which they have been noticeably silent on throughout the entire fiasco. I guess we will learn the details surrounding that after Watson retires.

Willis is a long term enormous gamble. You would have to sit him for at least 1 season possibly 2 or more. In that situation you are dumping PJ while keeping Sam. You would also have to bring in a vet to put Sam on the bench or on the street. Or you keep Sam as the starter and PJ as the backup until Willis is ready. You will have to extend Sam or get someone else until Willis is ready, if he ever is. It will be the almost the same for any of these QB'S I'm afraid. -
Jeremiah's Final Mock: Panthers could think of trading UP?!
Jon Snow replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
I have also. I keep going back to that oline video you posted a couple of days ago. I watched those guys movement and listened intently to the trainer on how he spoke about those guys and how they would probably project in the NFL. What caught my attention was how he often used the words RT for Cross and G for Neal. He also stated Penning was versatile but was projecting him as a guard. I never once hear him call any of them as a NFL LT unless I just missed it. Iky was not in the camp which I was disappointed with so I am now just not sure where these guys end up to be honest. -
I can attest to that. I have become more open with my thoughts and a bit of a loud mouth as I have gotten older. Not that my options matter to anyone, that's not why I do it. It's more of just not caring what others think of me and my thoughts. Sometimes you just have to vent when the mood hits you. Or when you hear someone say something idiotic, when is quite often around here.

Which network do you prefer to watch the draft?
Jon Snow replied to trueblade's topic in Carolina Panthers
Neither, so I flip back and forth. It's best if you watch it on mute. -
Jeremiah's Final Mock: Panthers could think of trading UP?!

So he throws out several possibilities and then picks Cross. Nothing unexpected nor different than anyone else. Its a tackle or a QB from the pundits and every wannabe prognosticator out there. -
But does she have pointy elbows?
-
True. I guess because I cannot understand that line of thinking in life and that I do not see it openly that it could be an issue to someone. Maybe I've become oblivious to it. I guess I thought sports was well beyond that in regards to players. Now in coaching? I'm skeptical that the process has been inclusive and as open as it should have and could have. It's all stupid anyway. Of all the things to dislike someone over the color of their skin would be the last thing you could possibly think of.

Just me and Mr. Scot. I will just be lurking to see who gets banned. Might start a pool on who gets banned first and which mod pulls the trigger. Early odds are on @LinvilleGorgepulling the trigger. Who the first poster to get banned hasn't been narrowed down yet. There's just too many vying for the lead right now.

Rule number 1.) Don't post stupid sh!t. Rule number 2.) See Rule number 1.

How will you feel if we PASS on a LT in round oneā¦..

I think Rhule said something to the affect that he would be a pro bowl guard or something or another. -
Can we not get a pick from green bay for robby?
Jon Snow replied to RumHam's topic in Carolina Panthers
Robby's play will effect his career more than his mouth. When can hold onto the ball on crucial downs he can talk all the smack he wants. As the old saying goes "Don't talk the talk if you can't walk the walk." -
Later Round QBs. Is there anyone worth a look in the Draft?
Jon Snow replied to Michael G's topic in Carolina Panthers
If the Panthers were to take one of these qb's the round they are taken in will not matter. They would have to beat out both Sam and PJ to actually start. That's not going to happen with any of these qbs in this draft. So you are drafting a developmental qb for a season or two from now. You will be replacing either Sam or PJ on the roster. Why you say? Because they need a vet that can win. Sam is a backup and PJ belongs in the USFL. -
Pretty much.

Dude, you should have been around for the ugly seasons before the internet came along.
