I'm not listening to any of you fools again. Most of you were championing Rhule that last time we were looking for a head coach. Then it was all hale Joe Brady, then Ben McAdoo. None of you could pick a winner if you were handed one on a platter.

I saw that talked about on nfl network also. Don't buy into how bad the Rams are right now. They are still a 10x better team than the Panthers.

Fitterer is definitely going to be under the microscope now that he doesn't have Rhule controlling everything. In essence he's auditioning to keep his job in a more traditional roll and he's got to get this mess cleaned up before next season starts. After that it's going depend on how successful his clean up performs next season.

This should surprise absolutely no one.

He did it by using the team the Tony Dungy built. From there he proceeded to blow that up to build his own team and now look where he is.

They all suck but the degree of suckage has shifted the balance of power at the position right now. If he starts he will most likely be his normal turnover machine but who knows. He is getting the benefit of not being out there to show that he still sucks.

All he has to do is win 2 games to top Rhule this season. Now if you are asking him ro get the team to win 6 more games to top Rhules record then you are expecting too much this season. I just can't see him doing that unless PJ Walker somehow manages a Jake Delhomme type takeover in his first game and takes us to the SB. Do you see that happening?

I agree with this. My theory or philosophy if you will about your chances for success comes down to having a competent enough staff that are capable of identifying a pro ready prospective regardless of draft position. Having that first pick only insurers you get the first choice among them all but it doesn't matter if you suck at identity one in the first place.

Teppers first mistake was not consulting with a well respected and knowledgeable football executive as soon as he bought the team. Someone known for helping build a stable franchise to give him an honest evaluation of the team before going forward. Teppers second mistake was everything thing he preceeded to do after that.

Tepper didn't have to hire him. I would have thanked his wife for the meatballs and wished him luck. I also wouldn't have had Hurney as an adviser as he would have be my first victim as soon as I took over, so there's that.

With a decent coaching staff we are close to not being an embarrassment. But we do not have a good enough roster to compete for the playoffs yet. We are also extremely thin in depth and on top of that at the most crucial position at qb we don't have even an average starter. Brother this team is no where near close unless you're talking about the bottom of the league. I think our record tells you everything you need to know.

Micromangers should never be in full control. It's much worse when they are terrible at everything they get involved in.

I believe that. It's obvious from the success of each. I just wish he would put the Panthers as priority over his soccer team at least. Do not fault him for putting his investments as number 1. He would be a fool not to.
