    He's certainly accomplished more with much less than an coach I coach that I can remember. I would love nothing more than to see him succeed here. It would only be fair to allow him be given a chance to pick his coordinators and QB at least to get a shot here. To me there's just something unfair about the opportunity he's been given to prove himself here.

    The team opted to take the penalty on the extra point try instead of kickoff if I remember correctly. I thought I heard the announcers say that at the time. It struck me as odd at the time but I was still in shock at what had just happened.

    He doesn't have to be the guy. He just has to prove that he belongs here to sit behind the guy in case he may be needed. We are still looking for the guy.

    Well to be fair he's had a few years here under Rhule and it hasn't helped him. The truth is PJ is playing for his nfl life right now. What he does with this opportunity will determine if he gets another shot here or somewhere else next season. Believe or not I'm rooting for him to succeed even though I doubt he will. But I like his determination. He's easy to root for.

    I bet you never thought you would be arguing that point at the beginning of the session. I feel like I'm in some alternate reality where I would have said that about PJ. But he literally is the best QB we have right now. I can't believe I typed that.

    That about sums it up. Ironically PJ Walker actually benefited from it.

    I keep telling you all he's a 3-4 outside linebacker. If they really were offered 2 1sts for him and turned it down I'm starting to question some people around BOA.

    It got worse because they went to a soft zone coverage and the Falcons picked it apart. I hate that zone crap.

    It would be easier to just name the players that haven't benefited from it. It looks like a new team. It also points out who should've gotten more playing time early on. Rhule was just not cut out for this level of coaching.

    Who would thought that by game 7 we would be complimenting PJ Walker for another good game he had. The same PJ Walker that EVERYONE said shouldn't be on this team after final cuts, not even the practice squad. You just can't make this up.

    It just one of many Hurney mistakes that still haunt this team today. And to think it was one of the only late round picks he actually got right. Ron want to stick with Gano and the rest is history.
