Imagine her trying to have a conversation with him over one of those crappy intercoms. -
REPORT: Panthers like Mykel Williams

I have honestly not heard anyone talk about Williams. None of these media draft guys ever mention his name. He only shows up in mocks going to us or NO. Some have him going in the teens. Yet no breakdowns or squat about him. -

I want to hear him at a drive thru in New Jersey trying to order some BBQ. -
He's considered more of a CB and not a pure wr.
-
Well whoever is behind Brown at the moment.

Red flags everywhere. Buyer beware.

Sanders ducked out of another chance to workout. Pulled out after he was assigned a number. I guess he's already been told who's taking him.

It Day 2 of the Big 12 pro day. It's qb's, wr, te and rb's today.

I listened to Wharton's press conference and he mentioned something in passing that caught my attention regarding the scheme. He said something to the affect that the defense is transitioning when asked about his role. I'm paraphrasing what he said but it appears we are changing up the defensive scheme and it has gone under the radar.

Yes, that guy. I probably should have read the post more thoroughly.
-
Of course. I'm just busting balls. He will need development at the next level and would be a backup at NT until he proved he's more than just a space eater. More than likely he would spend his 1st season on the practice squad if he cannot unseat Roy.

If the are going to overdraft a guy I would prefer they take Golden. He will end up in the top 12 anyway so the reach is miniscule. -
Mbow is going top 10.

Wait, RAS scores are important now? You guys need to make up your mind.

Johnson hasn't ran his 40 yet and that will determine his draft position. Even then I do not see him going before Barron. As for the safeties, Starks is still the guy to beat even with an off year. Honestly, I know nothing about Emmanwori other than the Panthers are all over the guy and he's been projected as a top 15 pick. Starks will be picked by a team that has a specific need for his versatility.
-
How many are? We are not talking about a 1st round guy here. In the 2nd he's a great pick. There's going to be a run on defense after the oline has been picked clean. That should be over in the top half of the 1st round. The second will be picking through what's left of the best defensive players. I'm not sure about the WR class and when the bulk of those guys will start to be picked through.

I think the team is set at wr until after the draft. They may take one in the 4th or later depending on who's there.

Warren is an enigma for a offense. If you take him you will have to change your offense to take advantage of his abilities. You will basically have to become a Ravens style offense. You will be running 2 and 3 TE sets and run the ball a lot more than you pass. Your defense will still be ass and you will not be successful in shootouts.
-
I mean he fits this team perfectly. I have considered the possibility that a S might be the pick for sometime now. The edge talk has drowned out any other position talk except the TE Warren. They only reason to consider not to go defense at 8 is if a generational talent on offense is there. Most seem to think that's Warren. So for now I'm going with Emannwori as the front runner.
-
I'm not ready to slot these guys just yet. The rankings are all over the place. If you go on just raw talent alone the two safties rank higher than all but 1 edge rusher. So there's that. They are more talented than Walker in my book, and maybe all but 1 CB and that's Barron. Johnson is right behind Starks and Emmanwori from a Panthers perspective.
