It was on the Twitter verse. You need special clearance to see it. But seriously, it's/they are posted all in the Reich threads multiple time.

Yeah you are correct. I kinda missed that detail. Thanks for clarifying.
-
Exactly. Which coincidentally may make him fall in the draft.
-
Thats a great interview as well Scot. I can see why he stood out to Tepper with the way he has a good vision for his next team and explaining what he's learned and how he intends to apply it to his next gig. It's well worth a listen.
-
He mentioned he wanted to speak with the team before doing anything else in the video interview you posted. That will take some doing to bring them all together since everyone is scattered out everywhere in the offseason.
-
I'm trying to not get excited because history with this team says I shouldn't. But I have to say that this change in direction does intrigue me to no end. If he assembles a strong staff I'm not sure I can contain my enthusiasm. It certainly will be a 1st for us to have a strong staff in place to build the team.

I think it will be also. But it's possible we may not realize it at first. -

Hell no to Bieniemy. He can do infinitely better than that guy. -
It seems he is trying to at least. What he is doing makes a lot of sense. It appears he is trying to correct his mistake of trying to build a foundation and cultural with a college coach and rookie staff that wasn't capable of doing so. This time he is getting a experienced nfl coach to do that and it's a better start than the other bs experiment. This is what he should have done the second the ink dried on his purchase of the franchise. I'll take that for now.
-
And why I said we have more to fix than just getting a rookie qb. He's got his work cut out for him.
-
No worries. It probably should have a thread of its own anyway.
-
You will never be able to make sense of crazy. Irsay is...well,
-
He said exactly what he plans to do and it is everything his critics said he wouldn't or couldn't do. Tepper also told him to get the best staff money can buy. I'm starting to get a little hope that things will trend upward.
-
If it were coming from anyone but Kiper I would listen. Mel doesn't know squat about picking a winner at qb. But Levis is an interesting prospect. I'll leave the qb evaluation to the professionals however. I never listen these media blowhard's about who is a ringer and who is not.
-
Thanks. Mr. Scot posted the Sam interview in another thread. It's a great interview that gives you insight on what kind of team he intends to build.
-
If you listen to the interview Mr. Scot post you will get a feeling of what type of qb his looking for.
-
Every fan should listen to this interview. That for sharing Scot!

Which candidates would YOU interview in round two?

It just goes to show that the huddle doesn't know as much as it thinks it does. -
That should be interesting to what play out.
-
I would say a bit of both. I know he only had eyes for the Panthers HC position. Maybe the other teams knew that and decided it would be a waste of time because Wilks only wanted this job. I would like to think that's the case.

It was a disaster. It was doomed from the start. -
They certainly seem to be interested in him for DC. I'm not sure Wilks wants to be a DC right now. I think he only wanted to be the Panthers HC. I can't blame him for not wanting to go anywhere else. He can probably retire if he wanted to. I hope Tepper compensated him well for his time here. He certainly should as he game a dumbass 60 mil to flail around for over 2 seasons. He should give Wilks that just for what he accomplished.
