    I thought i heard something about him during the segment on the Panthers on nfl network today. They were interviewing the team president what's her name but I came in late to the segment. Maybe someone else saw it and can elaborate.

    I would not be afraid to gamble on Coker and set a precedent in this situation. Nothing crazy, but something that would make him think twice before he made his final decision.

    He may choose that route. But it would not prevent me from trying to work out a long-term contract.

    That's why I say offer him a new contract at the rate I suggested. If he were to out perform it then we can discuss redoing it or trade him.

    He doesn't have it until 2027. He has to take what the Panthers offer for 2026. After that he has leverage.

    They may indeed. But he's taking a huge gamble on staying healthy and being able to repeat his production for 2 additional seasons inorder to get a shot at a much bigger paycheck.

    I'm tuning in just to watch the defensive players. We need someone at every level of the defense.

    He's not going to make it in the nfl. He doesn't have the drive or desire to be anything other than what he is. A waste of a roster spot.

    I agree. At the moment he's our best receiver and he should get a new contract fitting his production. Pay the man.

    The first two picks should be DT and OT. According to Daniel Jeremiahs top 50 this class is heavy on wr and O line, namely OT. I'm not sure if that helps us with edge rusher in round 1 as he turns around and has only 2 wrs taken in the top 20 with us taking 1 of them when he has 5 ranked in the top 20. He's all over the place with his mock draft so it's hard to take any rankings seriously at the moment.
