  1. At this rate, we might not need to move up for one of the top three left, and I’d be happy with any of them
  2. Well, we’re being patient, driving the price down lol. Hoping Robby and a 5th gets us a 3rd soon…
  3. I’d also be happy with trading our 4th or next year’s 3rd or later for Mayfield
  4. I’d be thrilled with Willis, Howell or Corral. No way we trade next year’s first. We should call up the Vikings, apparently they like dropping a lotta spots for peanuts.
  5. Brown has been a lot better than most around here give him credit for just because he’s not an Aaron Donald style DT. Same thing with Star. They serve different roles. Star was exceptional at it, Brown has been mostly good, but room for improvement. Certainly not ready to give up on him.
  6. Wow the Vikings got fleeced. 32 to 12 and all it cost was swapping seconds and a third
  7. I think we took so long to get the pick in cuz we were contemplating trade downs but in the end they took the bird in the hand and I’m glad they did. I’d love a 2nd round pick to try to get a QB with, but we got the best OT in the draft, maybe best offensive player. You don’t pass that up
  8. That’s my ideal scenario too, OP. Howell or Corral
  9. I was thinking about that the other day. If the top two OTs are gone and a trade down isn’t possible, I’d be good with Thibodeaux or Walker
  10. Sure, but Rivera was a bum that wouldn’t have won poo without Cam. We saw what he was capable of once Cam got hurt and what he’s doing in Washington. I’m not glad we got Rhule, but I’m glad we got rid of Rivera. Tepper took a swing and missed. Hopefully his next swing will be more informed and work out better.
  11. Disagree. I wanted him gone after his second year. With a decent coach (and OC) I’m confident we not only would have won the ‘15 Super Bowl, but would have had a run of competitive years instead of just once every two or three years.
  12. No more Rivera and Hurney, so that’s a positive. Even if the HC hasn’t been an upgrade, at least it’s not the same ol bs. Rhule will improve or be gone sooner rather than later. Tepper doesn’t seem like the type to wait seven years too late to make a move like the case with Rivera.
  13. Sounds like Rock Hill should have come through on their obligations.
  14. Sure they do. Nick foles, Jared Goff, Colin kaepernick, Rex grossman just in the last 15 years. The 49ers have made an art of taking bad qbs deep into the playoffs these past 10 years or so
  15. Jimmy G would just be Teddy B all over. No thanks. I’d rather just keep Darnold for free.
  16. Let’s just trade Robby for Baker straight up. maybe throw in a future 6th to make the Browns feel good about it
  17. Honesty, as long as the compensation isn’t too much, 4th or later next year, I’m good with it. He’s our best option right now, I like his attitude, he can play when he’s not injured. He’s no star but he’s young and better than Darnold ever was, more potential too.
  18. I’d take this, draft Howell and BPA with the other first. Preferably a LT, but any position that has a significantly better prospect. Worst case scenario Christenson gets to prove one way or the other he can play LT for a full season.
  19. Pseudoscience For Fools
  20. Yes, if all a QB can do is run then he’s probably not going to win a super bowl. If he can run and throw, like Cam, Wilson, Young, Lamar, etc then he can. If Willis is determined to be a The Golden Calf of Bristol or RG3 passer rather than a Cam or Wilson passer then I don’t want him. There’s no telling which category he falls into in the pros yet.
