  1. https://www.wsoctv.com/news/local/nc-court-appeals-reverses-course-marijuana-smell-searches/2FRDE6MD65G7ZD75PO6HOBE4NU/?outputType=amp “If you’re a trained officer who can testify yes, I know how to identify this stuff by sight and smell, that’s enough for probable cause to search somebody and that’s all you need to prove at trial either – the officer’s just word that this is marijuana,” said Phil Dixon, an attorney who now teaches at the University of North Carolina School of Government. “From the perspective of people using hemp products, it certainly sets the standard that says you’re subject to search just for smelling like it. And whether it’s hemp or marijuana, that’s for the officer to investigate, and if they’re wrong about it, and charge you anyways, well you can prove the difference at trial,” Dixon told Channel 9′s Evan Donovan. Hey Phil, you gonna pick up all those legal fees bills? Motherfuger acting like it's just no big deal to be wrongfully indicted and have to hire attorneys to go to court to defend yourself. This is akin to charging anyone with a white powdery substance for cocaine possession and telling them, "Well, you can just go to court and argue there." There's a real simple solution to all this idiocy. A solution a lot of states have already approved.
  2. When he climbed into the stands literally sobbing on mommy's bosom after a loss I was like... yeah, that ain't it. That ain't the dog that's gonna cut it in the NFL. Your whole rookie season is gonna feel like that in comparison to college. He ain't gonna make it through that.
  3. We'll see what he looks like when teams are scheming specifically to exploit his weaknesses. Yeah, he's gonna look good in preseason against vanilla schemes and primarily backups. They're gonna bait him and I think he'll mentally break when he struggles. We'll see.
  4. Picking the wrong guy and handing the stuff to Houston and then trading away the pick to hand the Bears a stud? Sounds like peak David Tepper Panthers to me. I still think Williams is 100% boom or bust and I'm probably at least 75% bust.
  5. There are guys that will be on our final roster at WR and OL who aren't currently on the team. Someone else's trash is better than our current trash.
  6. Unless he's young and cheap I'd rather have a pick. We aren't competing for anything other than the #1 overall pick this season.
  7. Oh, I've learned to never underestimate Tepper's Panthers' ability to get worse.
  8. Seriously. 80% of the players that saw the field for us on Thursday night have to be worse than waiver wire trash.
  9. Just now seeing this thread. Hope they can get it all cleared up. Both of my inlaws have had cataract surgery in recent years. It was easy peazy for them.
  10. Maybe trying to showcase him for trade bait? With Brissette there, Maye the #3 overall pick, and the promise that Milton has shown I don't think he has any chance at all of making the roster. Practice squad seems like his only hope in NE. If he's not gonna make your roster and someone is willing to throw you a late rounder, hey why not? I just don't think they wanted to show much with Brissette and Maye. Seems like joint practices are basically replacing preseason games in terms of actually working on stuff. They're just showing up to these games because they're on the schedule and there's tickets to sell and TV contracts to fulfill.
  11. I hope he and Daniels play more than Maye did Thursday night. I know you're not wanting to give early opponents much film on guys to work off of but damn... getting first glimpses of rookie QBs is one of the very few intriguing things about preseason. Entertain me damn it! LOL
  12. With young third string QBs I'm an eye test slut. I don't give a fug about any other metric. Just give me a guy who might be able to develop into something because if we're down to our third stringer we're probably fuged anyway.
  13. It is. Top of the league VS. bottom of the league
  14. I'll take Willis and Milton and you can have the field.
  15. We did that dude wrong throwing him out there in that situation behind that OL though. I think prime Cam would've looked like trash in that scenario.
  16. He looked like poo and the OL provided nothing. Jake Plummer is fuging awesome thought. Basically a hippie Jake Delhomme.
  17. Trash is trash. Mingo looked like trash [again] last night. When balls are on you and they're consistently hitting the ground, you trash.
  18. He and Mingo both look like straight trash. I was holding out hope on Mingo because Smitty was high on him but nobody bats 1.000. They trash.
  19. We don't need more consistency. We've been really good at being consistently terrible under Tepper.
  20. I'm practically begging for it at this point. Just give me the reason to wash my hands of the organization Tepper destroyed.
  21. This is just embarrassing to watch. And it's been every single year since David Tepper "put his stamp on the football side of the organization" starting in year two.
  22. Oof. That was a danger ball from Milton. Very close to a pick six.
  23. That commercial with the shitty rendition of A Tribe Called Quest just pisses me off. LOL
  24. The raw talent from Milton is very obvious. Looked like Cam out there on that one, albeit against guys who will be greeting at Lowe's Hardware next week but still.
