  1. Oh, don't get me wrong. Our offense is trash. But when Baker has had guys open, his accuracy has roughly resembled that of the apartment guy in Pulp Fiction.
  2. Ouch. There's the weakness in Tua's game. That deep ball was underthrown by miles.
  3. I'd go off on the media if I was a player. Why are y'all always trying to start poo. Always trying to get a guy to say something controversial? Try to twist their words into something controversial anyway if they don't? Go fug yourself. Go get a real job.
  4. Yeah, for the most part the decisions have been solid. It's been the execution that has been sorely lacking.
  5. Seems like a legit good dude. I'm sure he's getting sick and tired of trash QB play and trash coaching. But those checks are nice, so grin and bear it I guess.
  6. I'm happy Tua is ballin' this year. He's been dogged on by fans and the media, the Dolphins flirted hard with Watson, and through it all the kid has just kept his head down and kept working and focusing on the factors that he can control. Good for him.
  7. Selfishly rooting for a more easterly track. I'd like to get some decent but reasonable rainfall. No thanks on 5"+.
  8. If Baker keeps sucking we'll likely see Darnold at some point and he'll almost certainly end up sucking significantly worse.
  9. I think Carr is criminally underrated after being significantly overrated early in his career. I think he's a borderline top 10 QB. He's not their problem. Not in the least. But what would he cost? Honestly, Rhule is done. I'd rather just wait and let the next crew make their own moves.
  10. My in-laws live in Davenport which is west of Orlando. Not gonna be a fun but the real killer in hurricanes is usually the storm surge and obviously none of that inland. They have a generator large enough to power the whole house if need be.
  11. I hope it doesn't hit Hunting Island. Man, that last major hit they took wrecked that island. Probably my favorite spot in SC and I'm planning on heading down there in early December.
  12. Turf is about keeping the owners happy. A lot easier to use the stadium for other profitable events like major concerts with a turf field.
  13. He may be. But Daniel Jones isn't. They look like a 7ish win team to me.
  14. Brutal drop from Ceedee Lamb. Beautifully drawn up play. Beautiful throw. It's like he didn't even know the ball was coming. Hit him right in the bread basket and he didn't even react. Was a walk in TD.
  15. The primetime games the past couple weeks have just flat out fuging sucked. Can't really sugarcoat it.
  16. Looked like the personal protector didn't compensate for the punter's required shortened drop due to being in the back of the end zone. Surprised the punter didn't notice it prior to the snap and tell him to GTFO of the way.
  17. If we're going to move TMJ I'd rather trade him for a draft pick or for a player at a bigger position of need.
  18. Here's what I know for sure. Higher draft position puts you in a better position to land better talent. You still have to maximize that opportunity but you're going to have more options available to you. Here's what I'm pretty certain about. We're not making the playoffs and Rhule and company are getting fired. I said going into this year I'm rooting for either wild success or abysmal failure. I've seen enough to know which scenario is most likely.
  19. I'm just baffled why we hired McAdoo. I mean, I realize why we did it. Rhule just wanted to impress Tepper with his ability to get former NFL HCs to take jobs on his staff but from a purely football perspective it makes no sense. Our personnel doesn't fit his offense at all. McAdoo relies heavily on the TE position and that might be our weakest overall position group. We have the best receiving RB in the entire league and McAdoo thinks RBs can only catch screen passes. It's just a really poor fit of scheme and talent. The same thing is true with the other former HC on the staff. Wilks is a cover 3 zone guy. He wants DBs who play off the LOS and read the QB's eyes. Meanwhile we have a bunch of press man CBs. These hires were made by Rhule to show Tepper he could get coaches with legit NFL experience to work with him, not football reasons.
  20. When you're almost certainly not going to make the playoffs and look to have no future for the coaching staff, QB position, and very possibly GM I don't think it's ever too early to think about draft position. It's all we have to root for.
  21. That Achilles injury completely changed him as an athlete. Won the McD AA slam dunk contest in HS and I can't recall him ever dunking a ball in college. I think he ended up having three Achilles ruptured before he finally hung up the cleats.
  22. Is it? Is this coaching staff going to miraculously improve? We have our clown HC pounding his chest and really feeling himself after one win where our passing game looked like it was straight out of the leather helmet era. We're 1-2 against three bad teams with an utterly floundering offense. That's reality.
