He plays more like Josh Allen lite IMO. Great arm but not quite Allen great. Very good athlete but not quite Allen good. Good size but not quite Allen size. Similar release time. Yeah, Allen lite. One of the things that makes Mahomes so special is his lightning fast throwing motion and his ability to make nearly any throw from any arm angle, feet set or not. He's really unique in that regard. As for doubling Mayer they should be. Dude is a STUD and by far and away ND's #1 receiving threat.

Caleb Williams just saved his WR from throwing an INT. And then got straight murked on that sack. That was close to being disastrous. That leg nearly got trapped under him and that would've been BAD.

Riley is the Andy Reid of college football. Hands down the best offensive coach out there. I don't even think there's a close second. With that said, I think Caleb Williams is very, very good.

I always said that there should be a requirement to at least play on a conference championship game in order to qualify for the playoffs. That year when Bama got in after losing to Auburn and Auburn got left out after beating Bama to get into the ACC CG but then list to UGA in that game... that was complete and utter fuging bullshit. Bama essentially got themselves a bye week by losing to Auburn. That should never happen.

As a fan I of course wanna win every game but at the end of the day neither of those two bed shittings are going to end up hurting us a bit if we can beat Clemson next week. Still ACC champs and heading to the Orange Bowl. Same as we would've been had we won out and been 11-1 ACC champs.
