Mr. Tepper’s dream came true…. He made the Pat McAfee Show….
LinvilleGorge replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
His bro brah poo grates on me but the guy understands his demographic. The sports media demographic and the bro brah demographic Venn diagram has a lot of overlap. He's a helluva lot better than the Skip Bayless/Stephen A Smith/Jim Rome/Colin Cowherd ilk. With that said, other than clips posted here I don't really pay any attention to any of them. -
Trying to find a green dot past 20 yards on a Bryce Young passing chart.

Unfortunately, the diagnosis suggests euthanasia. -
Worst cumulative record over last 4 years!

He wasn't hand selected by David Tepper. But he's very clearly the best head coach we've had under Tepper and honestly I'm including Ron in that group. -

Worst record in the league. Worst stretch in franchise history. No more mediocrity indeed. Thanks Tepper! You did it! Rescued us from that dreaded empty hope of mediocrity by turning us into a hopeless doormat. -

Not a big McAfee fan but that was all pretty much spot on. -
Let the hate flow through you. I've only been a "homer" about the Heels players who I thought were actually elite NFL prospects.

The Chargers and underperforming kinda go hand in hand. But yeah, Herbert is starting to show why the Oregon coaches didn't trust him. One of my big hangups with him as a prospect was that in the clutch they took the ball out of his hands. They were a running team almost exclusively when the chips were down. It always made me go hmmm... what do they know that we don't?
-
Oof. You blew it, Herbert.
-
Dak leaves the TD pass hanging just out of reach. Cowboys settle for a FG. Chargers will get it down 3 at the 25 with 2:19 to go and all three timeouts. Let's see it Herbert.
-
It does feel like about time for a Dak pick.
-
Doesn't matter. TD. Well designed play. Dude could t have possibly been more open
-
If Herbert throws that ball in time it's a walk in TD. Instead it's 4th and goal from the 1.
-
That was not holding. Refs missed that. Cowboys dropped what might have been a pick six.
-
Jesus, Herbert. He's wide ass open.
-
Let's see what Herbert and the Chargers have. That was a big time drive by Dak and the Cowboys.
-
Yeah it was. Pollard too. Through a shade over three quarters Dak has clearly outplayed Herbert tonight. Still nearly a full quarter to go though.
-
There are a handful of good OLs in the NFL and everyone else is varying levels of ass. Overall, OL play is pretty much terrible in the NFL right now. The Giants and Commanders are probably the two worst.
-
Herbert has made a handful of really good plays but overall he's just looked off tonight.
-
Gallup begging for a flag but just catch the damn ball, man.

A moment of silence for PSL Holders….

You're throwing good money after bad at this point my man. Sunk cost and all that. -
I'm on record of hating Herbert as a prospect based on how he was used at Oregon. Those coaches did not trust him. Meanwhile, the "interception machine" has 6 TDs to 1 INT over the past 3 games.
-
Dak is a relatively run of the mill starter. He's an asset on a rookie contract, he's a liability as a big money franchise QB. But that's miles better than Trey Lance who lost a backup job to Sam Darnold.
-
Haven't seen the Chargers this year. Let's get a look at poor man's Drake Maye.
