  1. The Chargers may have cemented themselves as the biggest choke artists in all of sports tonight. I mean, they were probably already top 5 going into this game.
  2. Glad I stick with it to watch one of the all-time great choke jobs. Holy poo. Props to the Jags and Trevor Lawrence for bouncing back from that atrocious first half but holy poo... that was an unbelievable choke job. That coach knows he's fired. It's over.
  3. Will the Chargers'staff make it until tomorrow morning?
  4. The Chargers really are gonna choke this away. Coaching matters. Sean Payton is in LA next year.
  5. The Jags have to be thrilled with the way he bounced back from literally one of the worst halves of quarterbacking I've ever seen.
  6. That was that other poster's interpretation. I never said anything of the sort. I said the NFL really wanted to get their hype machine behind Lawrence. They wanted him to play well tonight and they're getting what they wanted in the second half. I don't think they really care who wins this game. Neither team is likely to advance past the next round and LA is highly unlikely to be hosting.
  7. Go ahead and pencil in Payton to the Chargers even if they survive this choke job.
  8. Cool. So you can trap the ball between your chest and the ground now. Guess it's a good thing the Jags didn't get that earlier play challenged. I guess it would've just been a waste of a timeout.
  9. This is getting overturned. He trapped it.
  10. The Chargers are determined to make this interesting because they are really trying to choke.
  11. That Chargers OL thought they were running the Varsity Blues play when Billy Bob runs down the field and acts lost.
  12. Intentionally. Your cover guys only have to run 50 yards too. You're betting on the returner not to be able to get to the 25.
  13. Both of the Jags last two TDs could not have possibly been anymore wide ass open. Like how can you cover as well as you did in the first half and then start blowing coverages left and right in the second half? Damn
  14. @ the Chargers They're really gonna blow this aren't they?
  15. If this game is even remotely close and the Chargers lose in the next round Sean Payton will be coaching there next year. Honestly, it might take a trip to the AFC CG and a competitive showing there for Payton not to be there.
  16. The Chargers'offense has low key not been very good tonight. I mean, the Jags turned it over 5 (FIVE) times in the 1st half and went 0/7 on 3rd down and the Chargers "only" translated that utter misery into 27 points.
  17. Big missed opportunity for the jags there to not get that play challenged.
  18. Now it's the Chargers melting down.
  19. If any team could blow a 27-0 lead it's the Chargers.
  20. Yeah, and the AFC is considered the far stronger conference. In large part due to the young, elite 1st round QBs.
  21. Thank goodness. At least the Jags aren't gonna get blanked.
  22. Brutal to watch. Honestly, the Chargers haven't even played THAT great. The Jags are just absolutely BOMBING.
  23. Lawrence has to be relieved the returner fumbled. That saves him at least one INT.
  24. This is worse than Jake vs. Arizona at this point. And Jake was an aging QB with an arm that was falling apart.
