Pretty much any metric that involves a completely arbitrary judgements like "highly accurate rate" and "separation" is going to be wide open for bias at the very least. Show the same set of plays to ten different observers and you're going to get a wide spectrum of opinions in terms of the level of accuracy and receiver separation in those plays. That chart posted in the original post basically just amounts to "some dude's opinion, but in graph format instead of words".

He had a great season in '99 but honestly that was before I really became a fan. Can't say I actually watched many of those games. Drafting Peppers in '02 made me a fan.

Air Force has been the best team in Colorado for years now. That's a sad state of college athletics affairs but it's also reality. Living in CO for 14 years after growing up in the south it's wild how much of an afterthought college athletics was in Colorado. All of the interest was from pockets of folks who moved from elsewhere rooting for teams from back home. 56-14 L against a team on a six game losing streak fits right into where the Buffs were before Deion strutted into Boulder. That's my point. Once the hype and shine wore off, the Buffs look to be what they've been for awhile now. A sucky team, just with a lot more attention on the suck now.

It's fair to point out that Fitts didn't have final roster say until this year. It's also fair to say that this year's roster building process looks eerily similar to what it did before he had final say on paper and that his highest paid FA RB and TE both look like straight trash to the point that they've lost their starting roles to former mid-round disappointments. So I'm honestly not sure why people want to give him another year to make more bad moves and dig an even deeper hole. Honestly, I'll give him a pass on Bryce because I have a sneaking suspicion that was a Tepper call.

Good lord no. That would not fly at all. They just paid Jimbo Fisher $75M to go away and went 45-25 over six seasons. Colorado is gonna be 4-7 in a couple of hours.

Shedeur is done. His body language screams "I quit". He's getting beat up, he's hurting, and this team sucks. This is the result of a team of "stars" without a supporting cast.

CU goes three and out and WSU scores. 28-7 WSU is just scoring at will. Shedeur did not look right on that last drive. This looks like it'll get ugly.

Washington State has jumped all over Colorado early. Forced a three and out then scored a TD on offense, followed by a strip sack scoop and score on D. 14-0 Washington State early and Shedeur Sanders got up really slow after that sack.

Everyone in the Panthers organization is just in shock. Watching and listening to them through the off-season and preseason these guys really thought they were ready to take the league by storm. Oh wee mayne.

We're weak on a lot more than one. This roster sucks, man. I realize you're still clinging to hope on Fitts but he's either trash or Tepper is forcing his hand making him trash. Either way it's trash.

Fitts has assembled a terrible roster. Reich and company have done a terrible job of attempting to scheme around that terrible roster. Tepper has built an almost unimaginably terrible overall organization based on the consistently terrible results the team has produced under his ownership with the only constants being losses and utter dysfunction.

And it ain't gonna change until Tepper realizes the problem is in the mirror.

If Tepper is honest about his meddling in the interview process I don't blame folks for noping out. You might only get one shot. Don't wanna blow it where you don't feel like you won't have much of a chance to succeed.

Not getting serious consideration from one of the 31 other opportunities. Forgot about that part. I can't imagine anyone honestly picking to come here over anywhere else at this point.
