Bryce is bad. I honestly didn't blame much on him earlier on the year. You can't help your height or your arm strength. But here recently it just seems like he could care less. He's just going through the motions and cashing his checks. Seems to me like no one has held him accountable for his shortcomings and he's bought into the excuses. He's fine, it's everything else that's broken. No sir. I've been saying if since pre-season. Bryce is a BIG part of our offensive struggles.

Chris Leak is a GREAT analogy. Both small QBs with mediocre arms. Both were #1 QBs coming out of HS. Both had good college careers. One was a mid-round pick because everyone saw he had marginal NFL talent. The other was a trade it all to go to #1 overall pick because he's a super processor. What a fuging FAIL.

His draft value was based on being a plug and play super processor while the knock on him was that he might already be at his physical ceiling based on his talent. I just don't understand how folks can see it elsewhere, but ignore it at Bama. Guys like Stetson Bennett and Jake Fromm are seen for what they are - really good college QBs who probably won't translate to the NFL and are largely products of the surrounding talent and systems. Yet with Bryce folks convinced themselves that this 5'10" noodle arm was making chicken salad out of chicken poo at Alabama like he was playing at ECU or something. GTFO of here.
