Lawrence is probably the most overpaid player in the NFL right now. The only thing that could make that Bryce deal worse would be to trade him for a middling QB paid like a future first ballot HOFer.

Pretty much lost all respect for him last year watching him make constant excuses for Bryce instead of just admitting that he was sucking ass and that his pre-draft evaluation was proving wildly wrong in real time. Hey, it happens. I respect the people who just own it when they're wrong. You've been wrong before and you'll be wrong again. Happens to everybody. But don't try to gas light me because your ego can't allow you to admit you're wrong.

There are a lot of folks who quit the forum because of what they perceived as Bryce bashing who would be quite upset that TD has called them out for being brainwashed by the media carrying water for a prospect they were all wrong about and bashing the whole team to make excuses for a QB who was failing miserably on the job.

That would be a reasonable position if Bryce was at least a capable backup. I'd honestly rather watch us just run the wildcat offense all game long than see Bryce at QB. At least that's 11 on 11 football. With Bryce at QB you're basically playing 10 vs. 11 since he's useless.

Any QB on an NFL roster not named Bryce Young can. That's why pass rush is so crucial.

Their OL is trash but their skill positions are LEGIT. God knows you should understand this concept having watched some of those offenses led by Cam playing behind a line of bums. They've put up 33 tonight their D is just utterly inept and yet they're a missed FG and a missed penalty on a two point conversion away from a tied game despite this. They aren't good but they are dangerous.

We very well might. Their D is trash but that offense is still potent. As atrocious as we've been for years I'm nit about to get cocky after we finally win one.

The Commanders will have to lose this game via turnovers because the Bengals can't rush the passer and they can't stop the run so Washington can basically just do whatever they want offensively.

The Jags are fuged. They paid Lawrence like a future first ballot HOFer and i never understood why. He's been a JAG. The Hurney philosophy of pay a JAG great hoping it'll make them play great never works. They paid him like he was the guy they drafted him to be not the guy he actually is.

This. Dalton is a massive improvement over Bryce simply being a competent legit NFL QB. But folks probably need to chill proclaiming a 37 year old journeyman as some type of multi-year answer.
