  1. Game. Good effort #7. You're a player.
  2. Dagger from RJ. Assist from Bacot. Because we played through Bacot.
  3. It's so obvious what we need to be doing against this team. Feed Bacot. Hubert has done a much better job this year but his next step as a HC is to get better at exploiting advantages. We tend to just kinda do what we do regardless of the opponent. When you have a clear advantage in a game play through that advantage.
  4. Nope. And it's great for us. And great for him now with NIL. I'd recruit all the Armando Bacots and RJ Daviss I could get. Cadeau is another one. Give me all those really good college players who are going to give me 3-4 years over the one and doners. I don't give a single fug about the NBA game so I don't care.
  5. If Burns dropped 40 or 50 pounds he'd be a real player. Hell, he could probably afford to lose 80. The dude is good. He's just fat.
  6. Just make it easy. Play through Bacot. They can't match up with him.
  7. Hubert is one of my all-time favorite players. He and Pete Chilcutt are my earliest remembered favorite players. He just couldn't figure it out with RJ and Love. Hell, Roy couldn't either. Great players just not a good pairing on the same roster. I'll always love Caleb Love though. He or RJ one had to go but I'll always remember him for handling K his last two losses and carrying us to the title game. If we don't win it all this year I hope he does.
  8. I want Ingram to start giving the ball up on breaks. Been saying it all year. Find RJ or Cadeau and then run to the rim. If they are ahead then go but don't just put your head down and decide you're leading the break. He does it too often.
  9. #7 is keeping them alive. Nobody else can do poo.
  10. Hubert did an awful job last year. He's been MUCH better this year. I really think it was hard for him with Love and RJ. They're both great college players but they're not good running mates. It's tough with two shoot first guards who feel like they're competing for shots. When the shots are falling it can really work but when they aren't it's ugly. I just didn't like how he refused to develop or play a bench. That's been the big improvement this year. He's not running his starting five into the ground. Tired players aren't good players.
  11. Crucial time right now for Pitt. They're hanging tough but the avalanche is about to break. They're gonna have to weather it.
  12. What good vets? There's not much available. We shouldn't force a pick at any position but there's a good chance there's gonna be some very tempting WRs available.
  13. Ran fine today with doing nothing. I think it might have just been overworked and overheating. Mowed the whole field after letting it go to seed last fall. It started acting up about 70% through. Finished the last 30% today. It really should've been bush hogged I just don't have a bush hog so lawnmower it was. I'm finishing up the fencing over the next couple weekends so we'll have the horses over soon so no worries about mowing.
  14. Pitt is playing like a team that's desperate and they are. Lose a close game tonight and they're probably in. Win and they're definitely in. Lose by double digits and you're biting nails on selection Sunday.
  15. 1000% The ACC tourney in Greensboro was an institution and made all the sense in the world with 4 ACC teams in NC as well as Clemson, UVA, and VT in easy driving distance. With Maryland no longer in the ACC having the tourney in DC makes no sense at all. Syracuse in an upstate NY team and NYC is a pro sports city. I get the appeal of having it in the Big Apple but in terms of people showing up it's not a great spot. Greensboro was the perfect spot.
  16. The refs have been stingy with the whistles in the tourney. Tends to lead to perceived sloppiness.
  17. We couldn't hit water from a boat right now.
  18. I remember when he was working on "hand stretches" to help his measurement at the combine. LOL!
  19. Unfortunately we picked the guy that fit in the previous draft... with a trade up to #1 overall one pick ahead of a guy who had one of the best rookie seasons ever. Tepper's Panthers in a nutshell.
  20. Redick was a top 50 type recruit. Randolph was like Flagg, the consensus #1 overall recruit.
