    They so desperately want to make Carson Beck a star and I just don't see it. He has all the tools on paper but the whole is significantly short of the sum of the parts.

    His play has really dropped off recently. He was playing a lot better than this early in the season. Not sure what's up but he's not playing well recently that's for sure.

    Tennessee QB just dropped dime downfield while rolling out on the run. The talent is there. It'll be interesting to see how he develops.

    It might not be. It's just a new experience for them not being head and shoulders the best team in the conference year in and year out.

    QB is a HUGE part of team success but it's not everything. Especially when your D is non-existent. As a UNC/Deion fan you should be extremely well versed in this concept.

    Clemson fans are touchy about actually being challenged in the ACC as of late.

    QB play is an absolute anchor around their neck right now. Crazy how this Tennessee RS freshman looked like a future #1 overall pick earlier this year and now he's looking more like DJU 2.0.

    Yes. With Miami/Louisville we saw good offense greatly aided by bad defense. In this one we're seeing good defense greatly aided by bad offense.

    I mean, honestly he's giving a pretty rational take. Overall, Clemson looks like the best ACC team because they're not completely reliant on winning a shootout every week while they honestly still don't look like a contender on the national level.

    And another Tennessee INT. QB play is just killing them. This freshman has fallen off a cliff and since their backup is 0/1 with an INT he's clearly not the answer either. Great defense but QB is a huge problem. The freshman has talent but since they've started playing better competition he's really struggling.

    I think Howard will be a mid-round pick. He checks quite a few boxes but doesn't project as a starter IMO. I think he's a 4th or 5th rounder. I honestly don't think I'd spend a draft pick on Gabriel.
