  1. What you're calling "drops" are contested catches. We either have other guys open that Bryce is missing or Bryce trusts Legette to win. Either way, contested catches are obviously going to have a lower conversion rate. This is what a "drop" looks like
  2. Honestly Cooper Kupp should've won the MVP in 2021. Dude has almost 2000 and 16 YDs. The Rams' second leading receiver had 800 yards and 6 TDs.
  3. Seems about right. Legette has dropped a few and failed to catch some he could've caught but they really don't count contested catches as "drops". A drop is a ball you'd expect some random dude out of the stands to catch. Open and right on the hands. I vocally did not want Legette in the draft and I've honestly been pleasantly surprised so far. I wanted Ladd McConkey and still think he should've been the pick. I do think Legette has a higher ceiling though.
  4. With the new rules leading to a pass happy league I don't know if a non-QB will ever win it again. RBs used to win it fairly regularly but it's been 11 straight years of QBs. Lawrence Taylor was the last defensive MVP and that was damn near 40 years ago. Side note... I didn't realize Brett Favre won three straight MVPs. Damn
  5. MVP isn't about the best player in the league. It's about the best player out of the SB contenders. He's gotta be in the mix though. My top five would probably be Allen, Lamar, Mahomes, Goff, and Barkley
  6. Not sure but he's catching 60% of his targets. Bryce is completing 60% of his attempts. Fits like a glove.
  7. More like Mike fuging Shula. The Falcons did us a massive favor in denying us an undefeated season. They showed us what the Temu version of Von Miller could do to Mike Remmers. Mike Shula was like... nah, just a fluke. I'm sure the guy that got turned into a speed bump by Vic Beasley will be fine against Von Miller.
  8. Props to 'em. They went all in and won the jackpot. Sure wish we had done that when we had a QB.
  9. The Rams' OL is just dog poo. Every Rams' game I watch I say that. LOL If it wasn't for them striking gold in the mid-rounds at WR they'd be utterly fuged.
  10. Likely. I mean, everyone knows he's a dead man walking and now the locker room is imploding because of his recent decisions. Hell, now that I'm saying it, it wouldn't shock me if he gets axed tomorrow.
  11. I mean, I don't think anyone really has an issue with benching him. He's been terrible. He seems well liked in the locker room but I don't even think the locker room would've had an issue with simply benching him and playing their $5M backup Drew Lock. But demoting him to 4th string and bypassing Lock to play DeVito? It just doesn't make any sense. It's like a guy who knows he's fired and just feels like being a complete dick on his way out.
  12. He didn't decide poo. He just sucks. He sucked before they paid him. They made a dumbass decision then Daboll doubled down on it being an ass to a guy who was evidently pretty popular in the locker room.
  13. Benching him is one thing but Daboll made him 4th string on the depth chart and was evidently gonna make him run the scout team in practice. I mean... damn. LOL. Jones was like... yeah, just go ahead and cut me now bro
  14. They claim it's an "independent" neurologist but how independent can someone be while also cashing a nice check from the NFL? I mean, every football fan has seen dudes staggering around like Joe Blow twelve deep at the bar and then get cleared so... well, LOL
  15. Seems like everyone I know who has had major back surgery regrets it and says they're worse off than they were prior even though the doctors swear the images look so much better after.
  16. We finally have a decent offensive game and now we're ready to outright say that offense isn't a huge issue? 30th in the NFL in average points per game begs to differ. I think a lot of fans are overreacting to this game due to the expectation that we were likely going to get blown out. Let's see a few more like this before we start claiming problems have been solved.
  17. I get what he was saying in terms of hospital admittance. I just think there's a lot not really well understood about concussions and their impacts and how it varies from individual to individual.
  18. Depends on the concussion. I remember retired UFC fighter TJ Grant won a title eliminator fight and suffered a concussion in training preparing for his title shot. He was never able to come back from it. No big deal, right? We'll just push the fight back a few months. Nope. Forced him into retirement. He never lost a fight by KO/TKO.
  19. If I'm choosing between Bryce or Minshew plus all that draft capital we gave up in the trade, welcome to Charlotte Uncle Rico! LOL
  20. If Tepper hadn't ran this bitch into the ground there would still be Panthera fans in the stadium. As is, I can't at all blame PSL holders for selling the few tickets they can actually get premium pricing for. For most of these games you can't buy a combo meal at a fast food joint for what you can get for a ticket.
  21. If they pay Brock Purdy they're insane. I have no idea who Brandon Allen even is but he looks just like Brock Purdy today.
  22. On the third down play when we were forced to punt with about four and a half minutes to play we literally tackled two Chiefs pass rushers as Bryce was rolling out of the pocket.
  23. I was surprised by it too but they've been doing this all year. They could easily be a .500 team but they've won every close game.
  24. He had the best game of his career today. Let's see what he does the rest of the year. Right now this game is an anomaly.
